She went through the process slowly and clearly. She also spent the time to set up my phone. Staff like Fern are very hard to find. I couldn't have got better service from anywhere else.

The staff in store is really helpful they help me to change over to a new contract
Came in store today to change my contract to a new one as my current one has expired and fern has been brilliant getting me the best deals I can get and she is really friendly and approachable.
