Deeply disappointed as they left my belongings outside the garage. There was a difference in space from the old house to the new house but there was enough space and they were asked to cram it in or bring it inside. The last thing I expected was finding it all around the back of my garage over 24 hours later after been left in a storm and absolutely drenched. Electricals, a £1000 tent and so many more items. Including a memory box which can never be replaced. They don’t accept any responsibility and keep putting the blame onto me to find a new excuse and anything they can think of to cover their backs. Not once have they offered an apology. I’ve been gaslit and spoken to rudely and then they question my hostility with that kind of approach. They couldn’t care less about the things I’ve lost due to this. Many comments and complaints were also heard about how long it was taking, if wardrobes would fit in the space provided and how I was wasting their time as they wouldn’t fit - they did as I measured. Said wardrobe was also built with the doors the wrong way around and upside down. From first contact I thought they were lovely and helpful. After I fully experienced their services however, I absolutely do not.

The team who moved us from Worcestershire to Nottinghamshire were efficient, courteous and kind. They were clearly very experienced in moving people and their personal effects as the packing outside the vehicles continued while the vehicles were filled. The team of four were constantly on the move and were meticulous in asking when they wanted to use the loos etc. At our destination I became confused by the unfamiliarity of the location and where the mountain of boxes would go. The team leader recognised this stress and was very kind and understanding, taking time to reassure me that this not a sign of derangement but a human reaction to change.

Recently used this company for our move from Scotland to West Sussex.
The whole removal was well handled with a great team who arrived as scheduled, worked hard doing the packing and subsequent transportation to our new home.

Both Lee ad Susie were incredibly organised, enthusiastic ad proactive with our move. We gave them very little notice but they made contact out of hours, visited and were very professional. Would certainly recommend.
