Great Service
Recently ordered some PTFE sheet cut to size which we needed in a hurry. Monique was very quick to respond with a quote and then organised the delivery of the part so we had them in 2 working days. Quality,price and delivery is good only issue I have is as a regular customer if I make a mistake ordering I am expected to pay a 'restocking fee' and inflated shipping costs if I need to return anything otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

Excellent experience dealing with the company, very helpful staff, quick and satisfying responses to my enquires, and well packaged items when they arrived. Unfortunately reduced to a 3 star rating because the delivery contractors, DX Deliveries have failed on 2 out of 2 occasions to deliver the package on the day specified and withing the 24 hour period I believe I paid for. If The Plastic Shop could improve it would be by using reliable couriers to complement their excellent service.

I am sorry to hear that DX’s delivery timing didn’t meet expectations. Due to the oversized nature of many of our parcels, we’re somewhat limited in our choice of couriers, and DX offers one of the few services that can handle the larger dimensions. While we aim for next-day delivery from despatch, delivery dates are always estimated and cannot be guaranteed.
That said, your feedback is invaluable, and we’ll continue working with DX to improve service standards where possible. Thank you again for your order, and if we can assist with anything else, please do get in touch.
