Whilst in Ledbury for a week’s holiday I visited The Ledberry three times. Great coffee, tasty cakes, totally amazing staff ! Me and my dog made to feel so welcome. WORTHY OF SIX STARS !

Great store and customer service
Ordered a gilet for myself for Christmas - the size was slightly too big but the team were fantastic and swapped it out for me.

Have been twice to Saturday evening informal music events in their courtyard and thoroughly enjoyed both. Enjoyable music, good food and friendly, engaged staff. What's not to like? Ledbury is benefiting from such commercial investment to provide a wider offer on evening entertainment for visitors and locals alike. I look forward to more of the same.
I will add a comment about smoking (roll your own would you believe) that detracted from our first experience, but credit to the staff they responded positively to my subsequent concern and this was not an issue at the second event. I trust that a no smoking policy will now prevail.

Sadly smoking is allowed.
We went to the Footprints music and food evening. The platters were lovely and the band were really good. The thing that really ,really wasn't nice was that smoking was allowed. There were 3 people chain smoking for most of the evening on a table at the far end. We were next to them. The walls of the terrace are very high and there was no breeze so there was nowhere for the smoke to go. It was horrible. We came to the music evening before ,when the Ginger shed people were doing the food, and nobody smoked. If I had known you allowed it I wouldn't have come. If people want to smoke they should have to go out of the front door and away.
