People who are uninformed about this company should maybe do some research. They don't claim to be non profit they are up front about that. 1.5 million dollars raised to support veterans getting service dogs is a great cause. I own 2 of their bracelets and wear them every day. And I definitely will be getting more stuff from them.

So far I purchased 3 bracelets and one on the way. Love every one of them. High class company. Needed an extra link and boom it was in my mailbox. Awesome customer support. Sent like 4 emails and they were answered lightning fast. Keep up the great work you are doing… God Bless our Troops. And God Bless the USA !!! 🇺🇸

Product is quality construction and works as advertised and is comfortable to wear. I am enjoying it and look forward to purchasing more.

Ordered mine 5 days ago and still waiting for a shipping confirmation. The site says I didn't order, but they billed my account within an hour.

I see you’ve donated over $1 million to veteran causes. How much have you taken in? How much of every dollar goes to what you say it goes to? I keep asking that question…. I get nothing in return. Your jewelry is junk. Used to be great. I would tolerated it if I knew the answers to my questions. I’m sure I don’t speak for everybody, but?

Ordered the Masters of the Air: Wings of Valor bracelet and could not be happier. I am a USAF Veteran and absolutely love the design and fit of this product. As this company supports veterans and is veteran owned and operated I could not help but place an order. I ordered my bracelet on 1/9/25 and received it today, 1/14/25…..2 days earlier than expected. And this was after the holiday rush and in the middle of crazy winter heavy snowfall weather.
5 stars all the way! Keep up the great work!

I received the wrong bracelet and I cannot get in touch with anyone from this company to get them to send me the right bracelet before Christmas. My son will be very disappointed. The customer service response is TERRIBLE and there is no phone # to call. I will never recommend this company to anyone and will never purchase from them again. This is one big scam!

I have contacted this company 7 times now with zero response. Somehow my package was marked undeliverable but to the wrong state. I have sent emails, live chat and facebook messages to no avail. My husband is a veteran, president of the American Legion and does nothing but help and support other vets. I wanted the products for him and to help other veterans. I’m extremely disappointed in this. Where is the customer service? How can you help vets if you don’t follow through with anything ESPECIALLY customer service. I’ve sent several screenshots of all transactions and yet nothing from your company.

Received the package from hero company it's worth $2 and the little 3D printed link adjuster was not even working, everything is in the trash hate that I even bought this.

Beautiful bracelet, this particular bracelet displays faith in our Lord, was able to size it and helps veterans. I am very pleased with this company and its product.
