I ordered to two bottles of Apple Cider Vinegar more than two weeks ago. I was suppose to receive an email with my confirmation, which I did not. Since then, I have written and called them but they continue to be unresponsive and are ignoring me. I wish I had seen these reviews before making my order. They are a disgrace and I will report them to the trading standards, just do NOT use them.
My first time ordering was great so I created an account as i expected to be a regular user. On my second order a few of my items had leaked onto some of my others so i told the customer service team and they replied a few times to confirm what was damaged and what wasn't. I told them this and have had no contact in over a week even though i have sent numerous replies and attempted to converse with them again. Not great service and i will be considering this before i use them again, if indeed i decide to use them again
The delivery was very quick, and a free sport bottle and energy supplement were thrown in for free - nice touch, especially considering they already had one of the best prices. And delivery via royal mail is handy as I'm usually at work when deliveries come.
Didn't need to speak to customer services, so can't comment on that aspect.
Would definitely use again.
