Josh was amazing! His knowledge in fixing the "lockout " from a Microsoft scam was impressive. His idea to put on "Ad Blocker" was brilliant. I had this same issue several years ago and this idea was never brought to my attention. Should I have another issue, I want him to be my technician if that is possible. He is a very bright young man and made me feel calm dealing with this issue. I have been using tech support since July 2014 and went through the transition of the U.S. Tech Support purchase.

Not Computer Savvy and Need Answers, Call Them!
once you open a ticket they call back fairly quickly. They are very patient on the phone and easy to understand. Always ask if they have answered all your questions before they end the call or tech session. I work from home and I am not very tech savvy. My IT dept at work is tired of dealing with my questions about my personal issues with my computer. This is the PERFECT solution!
