The measurements on every piece I ordered are off by 3/4-1 inch causing them to not fit correctly.

Ordered a custom tarp that was 2" out…

Ordered a custom tarp that was 2" out of square so It didnt fit the pergola we ordered it for right. There was a seem at 6' on the 8' length and they could have made the tarp out of 1 whole peice. Lastly the tarp itself has white tie die looking marks on it that look like someone scribbled on it with white chalk. Received a half hearted response from someone in costumer service. I was fine with keeping it but feel I should have received a discount for the poor workmanship and stained canvas. I dont recommend ordering anything from this company.

I paid to get it delivered less than a week, they sent a message stating it would be delivered in about 2 weeks I sent a email requesting the extra money reimbursed back to me. They never responded to the email or offered money back. I tell all my friends not to buy from them and I will make a statement with BBB and Amazon.

Canvas Tarp

We ordered a canvas tarp to cover our pool solor cover when we roll it up on the reel,so the sun does not burn it.It arrived in a timely manner for a custom order. The material was heavy duty and quality all the way around. It was exactly what we needed at a fair price. Thank you Tarps and All. I would highly reccumend your company and you product.

Getting the package through UPS was a problem. I have been spoiled by Amazon. Item itself was OK, though I think I missed the options for "holes" for mounting. Also cutting and threading could use improvement. Some of the thread is already loose. Suggest your description be "more clear" about options. Otherwise item was as ordered.

Don't buy a custum tarp with the clear…

Don't buy a custum tarp with the clear plastic. They don't hold up to the winter. They get brittle and crack. They don't hold up to the wind. They tear. The other solid HD material will hold up to the wind. The clear is too thin.

DO NOT ORDER FROM

Placed an order on 8/21/25, they canceled order with not notification, instead of crediting my credit card gave instore credit, could not get a refund to my card, placed the same order to use store credit on 12/16/25, have not gotten that order either as on 2/23/26. Asked for full credit to my card have not gotten.

Again, this company is a failure in delivering the requested order. I keep on tracking FedEx and the delivery time is always changing. Who would deliver at 12 midnight? So frustrating!!!

Do not do business with this company

If you have any issues with your order you might as well take the loss bc the customer service will ust make you go around in circles till you just give in. I didn't understand this until I had a middle eastern man on the other end who I couldn't understand and he said his name was Andrew. Called back the next day and same guy but now his name was Alex This site is a scam

Custom Order Uselessly Fulfilled

I placed a custom tarp order with specified (written and verified by telephone) placement of grommets. The grommets were to be placed 12" apart, but I received a tarp with placed grommets spaced at 11" apart. Tarps and All claimed that the 11" spacing fell within their required construction!

Although their website seems to indicated this is an American company with production in the U.S., the product was made in India. Because of this, although I could not use the tarp for its intended purpose without modifying it myself, I asked for a 50% instead of shipping it back to them (an offer, by the way that had not been extended to me).

They responded with an offer of a 20% discount on any future orders I placed. Although they claim customer satisfaction, they provided an unacceptable product for which I paid additional money to customize.

THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARS AND THEY SUCK!! Do NOT buy from them. They charged me $6 extra for an "expedited delivery", then a few days later they changed the delivery date to 5 days later (the same time a regularly priced delivery should arrive) and REFUSED to refund my expedited shipping costs they stole from me. THEN, the package didn't even arrive on the later date they said it would so I disputed the charge. Oh, and even though I told them ONLY communicate in writing through email, they had some call center in India harassing me and I could not understand a single word any of them said. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!
