This company has requested for me to send my parts back to them to fix those parts they.They sent me a return slip two years ago for them to paint the parts because they sent me the wrong warranty parts with the wrong color. Now they refuse to return my parts. So
Pretty much they have stolen parts of my moped. If you have any sense you will not deal with this company they will rip you off. I don't see how it's legal for them to steal my warranty parts. Don't deal with these people they are thieves.

DO NOT buy from this company. I purchased a Tao 200 quad for my son's birthday and received it. Put it together and the gear shift is broken. It will not go into gear. Their customer service is horrific. Told my wife since she's a female that she doesn't know what she's talking about. Said a mechanic needed to assemble the quad. Guess what? I'm an ASE certified technician. Will not respond. Will not honor the warranty, I am going to have to take legal action. These guys are crooks. STAY FAR AWAY!!

1ST TIME CUSTOMER AND "THE LAST"
bought the V 150 zoom brand new. paid for assembly. was great at first site. then the bolts/nuts didnt fit each other for trunk. then looking for oil nut discovered the "filter" nut was stripped on the outside so cant even get that off. and pretty sure its in wrong cause not flush with casing. then discovered crack on back attachment on muffler holding it up. now thats broken completely/bolt also missing from muffler and then got under it and see either the muffler to engin wasnt attached,-NO PARTS THERE AT ALL OR THATS ALSO BROKEN OFF. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER AND DONT PLAN TO CONTINUE TO BE ONE EITHER. TAKING OVER A WEEK TO HEAR BACK FROM THEM BOUT THIS. theres a snug bolt and OVERTIGHTENING. WHICH I CANT EVEN CHAGE THE GEAR OIL CAUSE CANT GET NUTS OFF EITHER. EVEN THE OIL NUT WAS A BIT MUCH. first time owner of a "scooter". and will be my last as well..SO MUCH FOR EASY MAINTENANCE...CAUSE IT ISNT. DATES NOT CORRECT BUT CLOSE ENOUGH...

Every step of the way to make a purchase from this company has been stellar! Super easy, and talk about fast!! I received my bike in only 5 days since purchasing! Shipping box had some damage but the bike was pretty well protected. Not a scratch on it. Everything that was needed was there. Took only a little less than 2 hours to assemble, gassed up and running. I am a totally satisfied individual. I highly recommend this company!

Tao motor suggested new parts using the warranty. Superior said i have to fill out a claim. Want a run around Superior is your place to buy. Shame on you

I purchased 2 bikes. Dealing with The service team was good. They react quickly to my questions and worked hard to make sure I was happy. Jim was a pleasure to deal with. Only issue I had was with the transport companies they used. Neither communicated well about delivery. My TBR7 was dropped and had minor damage. Superior responded and provided credit for parts and send a replacement piece, Would buy from them again.

about 7mos. ago I got a Pony 50cc moped from Powersport, It was in my price range. It was shipped very fast, it was in great condition and I am going to tell, you it ran great. I have had a few details with the scooter, but It was not anything wrong with the scooter. The details I had was handled by the support team very, very fast, the same day as a matter of fact. so thank you Motorsport.

I wanted to thank you all personally, we have received the titles...what I liked the most , the communication from the sales department , shipping and claims...An the home run hit , The owner of the store called and question, is everything all right with delivery and products and if I had any further questions in regards to anything call him personally.... I like that 🙂 human to human contact... Two bikes purchased equals= recommendation 2000% from this family....
We did a test ride, adjusted the idles, checked the fluid's and away we went to the beaches ... it was a nice experience an beautiful weekend .
What about helmets can you send me a catalog .

Do yourself and family a favor and only purchase one of these vehicles where you can go in person and see what your getting. It is worth paying the extra money trust me. I have to admit, I got mine fairly quick within 8 days but what went on afterwards was it for me. First off, my scooter came without keys. They swear up and down they should be in ignition or hanging on a wire by it. Nothing was found in the tons of wrapping nor on the bike. At first they were not going to do anything about it until I laid into them then their only offering was to send me a new ignition switch and locks for seat etc, that I will have to switch out. I am two weeks into still not being able to use the scooter and to top it off, went to move it the left brake lever (made of crap) had chipped internally and cable could slide into it. So had to order and replace that. Mind you I still have not driving the scooter yet. So again, don't order this online.

I have reported it to the Better Business Bureau and have obtained a representative I’m not going to stop until I receive my full refund as promised.

The customer support rep tried to tell me they have nothing to do with that company but when the charge came though to my bank is says VELOZ, TX, and look at the bottom of the Superior Power Sport website, it is copywriter to Veloz Powersports Inc. Nice try on the lie. Veloz has1.6 stars on Google and 83 Complaints on Better Business Bureau in the past 3 years. So they are now trying to do business as Superior Power Sports to hide the fact that they are Terrible! I bought a scooter for my son. When it arrive the outside box was damaged but we had no idea how damaged because it had a box around it. I guess my biggest sin on the planet was not making the split second decision to send it back right then because the moments that deliver truck left, the nightmare began. When we opened the box we say a shooter that was completely trashed. Every piece of plastic was damaged like it had been in a dozen accidents already. Ok, no problem, let’s get a return started and get a replacement. NOT! They will string you out between emails 1-2 weeks at a time. If you finally get ahold of someone on the phone they will insult you and make you sound like you did something wrong for not returning it the moment is was delivered or that you are simply upset that 4 weeks has gone by with no resolution on the return. Long story short. They will never help you. We still have the schooner 7 months later, no refund. They didn’t set up a return and we are stuck with it. I field a fraud case with my bank but besides that and being able to write bad reviews, you have not real chance of getting a resolution from this company. They simply do not care. I have been purchasing things for personal and business use over the web for over 24 years. This is by fare my worse experience ever. They don’t even deserve one star.

Scooter showed up with a non working…
Scooter showed up with a non working headlight. Have sent MULTIPLE emails, phone calls, pictures and videos. They’ve been completely non-responsive and when a customer service rep calls back, they act like we’re starting over from the beginning, every time.
They finally sent a part - but it was the starter button and not the headlight component!! It’s like nobody’s paying attention to any of the words, emails, videos and photos I’ve sent!!!
Most recent rep actually had the audacity, after going over ALL of it again - when I asked if I’m responsible for fixing and repairing an issue that came defective - said “well I don’t know the issue with your scooter” !!!!
What!!!???!!!!!!!
Then she hung up on me when I got frustrated and said, loudly, “THE HEADLIGHT DOESNT WORK”!!
Maybe they’re hard of hearing, or blind and can’t see videos and photos? I’ve never experienced customer service like this in my life!
