Customer service is useless
Customer service is useless. This is the second time I contact CS for issues. A buyer mistakenly entered a low review dropping my rating significantly and neither of us could make changes to the review. CS did nothing to verify and suggest how to resolve. The site works fine but if there are issues you will be on your own.

Da anni vendo e compro su Subito.it facendo sempre ottimi affari. Ultimamente però la qualità dell'assistenza è calata notevolmente, con tempi di risposta lunghissimi e non sempre risolutivi.
