The staff were brilliant in every respect. It was only in for an MOT which passed. Nick Short was our contact and he was especially good at his job role and kept us informed throughout.

Happy to do the work I was paying for (interim oil service) but the whole reason it was booked in; to replace a microswitch in the drivers door, wasn't investigated fully and not dealt with. With no proper service desk you can actually walk up to, you end up sitting in the front (albeit nice coffee & biscuits) but it takes 30mins+ to just collect your car. I don't have that time to waste on such a simple process.

Harriet followed up to ensure the car issue would be addressed and kept me well informed during that process.

Car was serviced within the time scale quoted , pleasant reception , no delays

Following my initial purchase of my first ever Porsche where the service year one and two was excellent, I’ve now been reduced to some average garage fix - but at a premium rate. Very disappointing.

Whole experience from booking my car in, arranging a loan car, information during the service and pick up was very efficient and straight forward.

The process was simple and very quick, we identified the most suitable vehicle for me and less than a week later I was driving the car home.
