Misleading, Aggressive, and Untrustworthy Letting Agency Avoid Stepping Stones Letting at all costs

I am initiating legal action against this agency due to the extreme emotional distress, financial damage, and homelessness they caused me and my family—including my 4-year-old daughter.

Despite repeated written and verbal promises, the agency failed to provide professional cleaning for the property we were due to move into. When I requested proof (invoices, certification, contractor details), they failed to provide any—clearly proving that the cleaning never took place. Their staff also agreed about cleaning issue but the owner of this company ignored it. Their director was caught lying, and instead of correcting the situation, they cancelled the tenancy less than 24 hours before the move-in date.

This has happened to other tenants as well—just look at the reviews. The director operates in an intimidating and dishonest manner. The director is inhuman and money minded. Their conduct is on internet. We did not see their reviews before our incident however the internet is full of their dishonesty. The behaviour is bullying, aggressive, and completely lacking in accountability. The director of the company runs business like Property Mafia, they eat up people deposit. I have decided to take them to court and being a lawyer i will ensure they get the legal treatment they deserve. They have played with my 4 year daughter's emotions and taken away our happiness as the house was close to my daughter's house and the owner did not even think twice how this will affect my daughter who was so happy to find a place near to school. He has our all curse , God is watching for your immoral inhuman act. Karma will come back to you.

Do not trust Stepping Stones Letting with your home or your family’s wellbeing. If you value safety, honesty, and professionalism, stay far away from this company.

If you want peace of mind and have self respect and do not want to be treated badly - stay away from them if not then i am sure after spending money time and compromising your mental peace , one day you will also write reviews - that this dishonest Owner will have any impact as he is habitual of abusing the law of process and playing with people life, money, peace of mind.
