The service was relatively simple given the complexity of having stairs made to fit a specific area. They Customer service was excellent they were there to help guide you and make things less daunting. They delivered when they said they would and most importantly the stairs were constructed well and fit perfectly.

Great price
Great price, brilliant and helpful communication throughout design and purchase. Production quality is perfect. Delivery was excellent, on time and courtesy call before to make sure I was home.
Couldn’t be happier with this purchase.
The best part for me and I would say it will be the same for most buyers would be the price. I only had one other quote for the exact same stuff and the price difference was ridiculous. I saved about £700.

Very advanced software
Very advanced software for customers to design and play with stairs, backed up with strong customer service to check your design. Always check the wall sizes are correct as they change according to length of risers and going.
Delivery is 2-3 weeks which was much quicker than others I was researching who were 6-8 weeks and were just slightly cheaper.
I made a mistake on my design and customer service support helped me to resolve the issue in the most cost effective way. Appreciated that
