I had one of the best experiences of purchasing furniture online, actually anything that I purchase online didn't amount to the customer service that I receved from this company. Not to mention my modern sofa was packaged so well in a box padded by styrofoam. If you have doubts about purchasing furniture online rest assure your in good hands with this company. And my modern day sofa is absolutely stunning. Great furniture!!!! 5 stars to them.

I've never bought furniture online and was pretty hesitant to get something sight unseen but I decided to order a desk chair from them. After submitting the order, I received an email with tracking information the same day and not only did it arrive quickly and without damage but it looked just like what was shown on the site. Overall I was very happy with the purchase process and communication from the seller.

The chair I ordered was not in inventory, so they gave me an option of waiting a couple of weeks to receive what I ordered at a discount, or I could get a different but similar chair right away, also at a discount. I chose the different chair, it came in within a few days, and I love it! All correspondence with Sleek has been pleasant and I even received responses on the weekend.

We were so excited to find the perfect style and color within our price range. I ordered the chair in early December. I received an email shortly after that the chair was back ordered. I was not interested in the other options and decided to wait for my original order, however, I did appreciate that an alternative was offered. I ordered 6 chairs from SMF. Although I initially had trouble getting the correct quantity filled out in the field on the site, I was able to speak to an actual person and complete the order. There was a delay (the wrong color was shipped to the U.S. port) the customer service rep was sincerely concerned and kept me updated and informed about the timing and how to track the delivery. The chairs arrived in perfect condition. I should mention I got the best price on the chairs I could fine. Love SMF!
