The splendid company offers a first-rate service with a wide range of excellent products, the German-made weatherstations being particularly good. I have bought many products, for myself and friends over the years, and have found the products to be highly reliable. I wish the company continued success, and I will certainly be purchasing more items in future.
I purchase a 'weather station' from this company via Amazon Marketplace. When it arrived it was damaged, with all the signs (including second hand bubble wrap) that this was a returned item. When I complained through Amazon I was told to return the item, but with no instructions as to where and what was to be included to identify the item was mine. After emailing I received a return address, again with no instructions what to include by way of explaining why it was being returned. I duly returned item with original delivery note and explanation of problem. Despite having proof that it was received by the company six days before, I heard nothing. Only when I chased the issue again was I told a replacement was on the way. I was given a Royal Mail tracking number, which was not recognised and I am still waiting for the replacement item.
All in all a very unsatisfactory experience.
