I recently bought a used car from Sinclair Aberystwyth and dealt with the lovely Ellie Waller. From start to finish everything went smoothly and they held the car for me for longer than is usual and for which i am very grateful. Nothing was too much trouble for Ellie and we established very good communication. I would highly recommend them and would definitely deal with them again, even though they are in South Wales and I’m in East Yorkshire!

Saw a Kia EV6 on the website, called in to inquire and spoke to Jack from Sinclair Direct in Bridgend. He was fantastic from start to finish kept in contact with me regarding the car as it had only just came into stock and his customer service was unreal to getting the car prepped ready for me to test drive. Got to site and met Jack and Adrian in person who were both fantastic! The car in person was stunning and cleaned and prepped to an extremely high standard. Customer service from both was so good I was happy to buy there and then.
Collected the car today (4 days later) and done the handover with Brian who again offered amazing customer service. Plus the Hot chocolate was surreal especially in this weather. Thank you all very much!

Absolutely amazing! I went with my dad to buy a EV6 for him. Jac was absolutely amazing from the start and even sorted some last-minute stuff before handover. Adrian is a legend, super funny and nice guy! Brian sorted all of the paperwork out too and honestly what a kind person. Whole experience was smooth and brilliant all throughout. We were made to feel very welcome and that nothing was too much bother. Angie has been so helpful and made the whole process very easy.

They brought the car from a different location, for us to view it. Took it for a run, both my husband and myself drove it. It was fully valeted, beautifully clean condition. We dealt mostly with Justin, but all the staff were very helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble, and Justin went through all the paperwork with us. When we collected the car, he went through the settings on the dashboard etc. Excellent service, would not hesitate to deal with Sinclair VW port talbot again, in the future.

Went to Mercedes-Benz in Cardiff and experienced supreme service from Ross Owens, one of the sales advisors. He was patient, attentive, and willing to cater to my every need. He listened and facilitated a seamless test drive. I would highly recommend this branch and Ross to handle any sales needs, he is someone who seems to have been doing this for years.

Ellie was exceptionally helpful, supportive, and almost as excited as I was! She explained complicated details simply and her knowledge and communication skills are first class. She's lovely, and certainly deserves recognition.
