Have waited three weeks for delivery and product has still not arrived. Delivery company no help, have contacted them twenty times keep telling me that they will call me to arrange delivery. They haven't so will ask for refund and buy product from another company.

The stuff is amazing and very kind . They have helped me with a return of an order and I’ve got my money back in a few days.

Waited in all day for an oven to be delivered. Just said before 8pm. One minute past 8 it says delivery within next 5 days. Very poor.

An absolute disaster.

I paid 40 € to have a fridge delivered to my house (with elevator).
In the middle of the morning they call me to tell me that the fridge does not fit in the elevator (it fits perfectly because the previous fridge was even higher) and that I have to pay 10 € extra or they leave it downstairs in the street.

Two deliverymen come to my house with a very bad attitude and no desire to work, and they treat me in a very unpleasant way. In addition, they ring all the neighbors because, according to them, the apartment was not indicated anywhere.

I was going to buy a washing machine and an oven, and I will definitely go to another supplier. Never again, nor will I recommend them to anyone.

The first time we ordered from here everything went really well. We ordered a fridge freezer, which surprisingly was delivered up our rambla!
(That was 2 years ago)

This time we placed an order with them again to equip a newly renovated house because the prices were still good.

They're not being shipped together as a lot - as we expected. They're all being shipped separately. We live remotely and had 2 deliveries to our designated postal address (our local garage) on 2 separate days. Now my husband has to drive 20 minutes up the road in the opposite direction because whoever's bringing the next thing hasn't got WhatsApp, hasn't got Google Maps, and has absolutely no idea where they're going.

Absolutely appalling service this time round and next time we'll take our business to Media Markt and elsewhere in Almeria city.

It's simply NOT WORTH THE HASSLE of dealing with this company to get cheaper prices. At least not any more.

I ordered a washing machine from Sihogar. I arranged a day of delivery. No delivery was made after staying in all day. I then arranged another day for delivery. I stayed in all day again. No delivery or explanation as to why there was no delivery. I am now trying to get my money back but they ignore my emails. Absolutely awful service.

Ordered a large kitchen electrical item from Sihogar on Friday afternoon - arrived Tuesday, a day earlier than expected. Price from Sihogar was very good.

Their transporter, CTT Express, did exactly what I paid for - delivered the new item to our door. Indeed, he rang us a few minutes before arriving. Packaging was undamaged. Up to me to get the item into the house and connected.

Have tested item - working fine so far. If we have any problems from now, they will be down to Bosch, not Sihogar.

I have ordered a few times at sihogar and so far they always delivered on time with clear and good communication of the delivery company. Prices are good.

The service is so bad i thought i was being scammed.
Over 5 weeks it took to receive my washing machine after ordering. I live on an island so i accept sometimes things take a little longer, but seriously ?
On 5 seperate occasions over 2/3 weeks i waited all day for the delivery, nothing arrived and worse is noone contacted me to simply let me know. I needed to constantly call them and try and find out what was going on.
At least 1 guy at the end of this saga, customer 'service' was decent enough to actually call me back and sort it out. Also, the delivery guy at the end when it finally arrived, unannounced :) was great.
BUT Never will i order from them and i urge people to stay away from Sioghar. The money saved on the order is not worth the stress after AVOID

Ordered a Dishwasher over a week ago and the company has not attempted to arrange the delivery.

I gave them a chance to put things right, I have not had any response and I have therefore canceled the order

The amount of money you save by using Sihogar is not worth the problems that come with the order

Ordered a washing machine 6 weeks ago. IN STOCK. Well they lie. After 6 weeks waiting for your order they say it is not in stock and should email them to get a refund.

If somebody have a problem with Sihogar, contact to Diseltronic 2000 S.L. His address is under the Sihogar address. They can help you The end on tel number -51. The tansportation firm Dynamic use the someone else's brand and really doesn't supply.

Ordered a dishwasher. Did not arrive after 14 days. No online tracking available. The transport company tells me for a week it will arrive tomorrow and it does not. Full week schedule disturbed. Sihogar told me today they will try to find out what happens by contacting the transport company but no reply back. Avoid this company…

I made a purchase from this company on the 7th July and despite repeated requests for information on the delivery of my order I am getting nothing back from them apart from a tracking number that does not work. I have emailed them again today 18th July and I am still waiting for a response.

Yes Home. The only problem that I have with this that have been sent this message several times and the tracking number does not exist. I have emailed TXT and they have not responded to me. Sihogar, I have purchased from you before and did not have any problems but this is past the stage of being funny, if you can not deliver my order then please return my money.

Delays. Poor communication. Closed for 4 says. Still only received one of two machines that were confirmed to be delivered im 4 says. It is 3 weeks later. I had to substkylocaly at 150% more as Sihogar did not deliver on time. Still they force me to pay the transport costs. Sihogar should be shut down

I ordered two machines. A dishwasher and a washer-dryer. Only one was delivered. The other was not. And Sihogar claim that the delivery was complete and have not answered my emails for two weeks.

This company sent us a device that was not standard (our mistake), but when I tried to return it (still in box, untouched), they denied without any option. I still have a microwave wasting away.... :-(

yes I know your "too late response" no need to repeat it. You are not helping in any way!
