HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! Placed my order July 25,2025 paid for economic shipping (15-20 days). Got some sketch update about my order almost being done August 18,2025. ITS NOT OCTOBER AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED ANYTHING. I emailed them asking for updates and now a refund and I get no reply at all. TOTAL SCAMM!!! This company needs to be shut down IMMEDIATELY!!

Fake scam website steals your money wont refund

I am pleased with the leather jacket I ordered - one of the only places that had a dupe for the Fool Me Once (Netflix) one! I wasn't happy with the sizing and they kindly asked me to send custom measurements and exchanged the product for me ASAP. Great customer service.

Extremely satisfied with the process of receiving my item which is an Eminem Houdini hoodie! I was always informed on the timing of the delivery which was very much appreciated. The hoodie itself fits perfectly and looks amazing! I will definitely be ordering other items from Shop Celebs Wear! This is the real deal seriously! Thank you guys!

Update: After numerous changes to order shipping date, I requested and received a full refund on my order. It's unfortunate it came to this but I did get a full refund. August 8, 2024.

Never buy from here , I ordered two hoodies, all was fine although I was skeptical due to all the bad reviews but since there’s more 5 star reviews I trusted them, all was fine I got regular updates about my order passing quality checks ext and then they said my package was all good and would be shipped off 6th to 12th of July. They said “ We are making sure that your order is shipped within this timeline.” On the 10th they still hasn’t shipped it so I emailed again and they said “ We will make sure to ship your order by the aforementioned time frame.” . The 13th rolls around and they still haven’t shipped so I email asking for a refund and they say there was a delay and ask to ship on the 18th. Do not waste your money it is a scam !!!

I have got yanked around by them for 2 months telling me my order was late then it was not coming and if I want refund go through my credit card. They are horrible and untrustworthy

Placed an order on 1/28/24, paid for economy shipping and was given an estimated shipping time of 20-25 days. On 1/30/24 I received an email stating my item is being manufactured, 2/9/24 I received an email saying my order had completed manufacturing phase and was moving on to quality control, once it passes through QC it would be promptly sent to shipping. On 2/16 I received an update that my item passed QC and was being sent to shipping and I would be receiving a tracking number. On 2/21 I reached out to the company asking for an update as I have not received a tracking number, 2/23 I got a response that they are delayed and my item would be shipping the last week of February to the first week of March and to make up for the delay they were providing me with a tracking number now, to monitor the process, I never received the tracking number, I reached back out to them on 3/6 asking for an update, they sent a reply on 3/9 giving me another excuse that they were behind and now my order is scheduled to be shipped 3/18-3/20, I sent a reply on 3/9 and 3/12 telling them to cancel my order and issue me a refund, I feel as though I am being scammed by them , it has been almost two months since I placed the order and over a month since they told me my item was ready to be shipped, They have not responded to my emails for a refund.

My review is very similar to the most recent one that has been posted about this company.
They are a complete scam. I think they are trying to steal money off people.
We ordered something from them back in November, they strung us along for a few weeks saying it was being made, and then that it was ready to be sent out. Just before Christmas they said that there would be a short delay and that they would refund 10% of the purchase price (which they never did.
In mid-January I contacted them, and said that I no longer wanted the item, and that I just wanted a full refund. They said they would do that, but then when we didn’t receive our money back, I contacted them and asked them to show me a screen print to show that they had actually refunded the money, they sent me some screenshot which I don’t know whether it was legitimate or not, they said they were having trouble with the refund.
I then Replied and said they needed to get this sorted.
To be honest, I had actually given up on getting my money back, the less I had to do with them the better, however, today I have received an email from them asking me to send my bank account details to them so that they can refund the money???!!!???
Surely they had all the details they needed to do the refund. I think they are just trying to steal more money or use my bank account for fraudulent business. They are complete liars, complete thieves, never ever buy anything from them as you will never get it .
I am also going to report them to the authorities over here and hopefully I should be able to claim back the transaction. Then the bank will get onto them and investigate to recoup their money.
It really got me today that not only have they taken my money, They’re now trying to get my bank account details. Completely shady

Never buy from this outfit - it is a total SCAM. I purchased a 49er sweatshirt and they strung me a long for 5 weeks as they kept on telling me that is was in production. Then I find out it was shipped to a completely different state and after multiple attempts to contact them they never responded. I have disputed this transaction with my credit card company and I would suggest that you NEVER EVER buy a product from them.

Don’t waste your money. I ordered a product on 11/23/23 and was told it would ship before Christmas. I got an email 12/22 indicating that the produce passed the quality assurance check, but the following day I got an email stating there was a problem and it didn’t passed quality control…and would not be delivered before Christmas. I cancelled the order and now have been waiting 2 weeks for a refund. This company is a joke, and likely a scam. Don’t waste your time or money.

Got an item that came in the wrong size. They said we could exchange it or get partial refund but then told us this morning that they no longer will accept returns or will refund as it’s past the return window. Please avoid and will be doing a chargeback for the bait and switch. Trusted this company as it only has positive reviews here.

I will admit I was not expecting the final product I received. I thought “hopefully it will be just good enough”. First off- I had the best customer service from the beginning! I am ashamed to say I thought it was spam texting- but it was a representative confirming my measurements for a perfect fit. Once I finally got back to them- I received this coat about 3 weeks later. It is absolutely perfect. Looks just like the coat Reynolds wears in “Spirited”. It fits perfectly and feel like a star wearing it:)! Fantastic company! Wish I could share a pic.

Super impressed with this coat! I got this for my significant other to try to wear to work. The day it came he tried it on and was surprised by the weight and warmth of the coat. My thought was for the price he could wear it for a couple of months to work and then we could go get him an a high dollar coat to keep him warm this coming winter. I don’t think we are going to need to. The quality of this coat is off the charts!! He liked it so well he had me order another one to wear for when we go out. I’m telling you all don’t waste your money on high priced coats for your man, buy this coat from ShopCelebsWear !!!

I’m a smaller girl, so when shopping for my latest jacket, I bought a small one that fits great even with thicker layers underneath. I’m a teacher who is often outside with students, so this is perfect for bus duty or recess on chilly days. The hood is great for rain. I also like the length as it goes over the backside.

I don't trust on online shopping but I recently purchased the Barbie ken fur coat,which exceeded my expectations. The material is of premium quality and has the toughest weather conditions. The design, including the collar, closure, cuffs, and color, is the same as shown in the picture.Fast shipping and well-packaged! My order arrived in perfect condition, and I appreciate the care taken during transit.

I wanted to get a head start for the fall and this jacket is exactly what I was looking for. I’ve been trying to drop some weight so I’m in that awkward in between stages but still a little fluffy so it’s been a challenge with sizes but stayed with the xxl and it fits perfect. I don’t mind the extra room and the end of the sleeves are adjustable, comes with a velcro band. I’m very happy with my jacket. Highly recommend

I purchased a jacket from Celebs Wear and was not satisfied. It took awhile for the company to send another jacket for exchange. When I received the second jacket I still wasn't satisfied with my purchase. It took awhile for the refund to process. However, the customer care dept. always responded with updates. In the end, I received full refund. Even though I was not happy with purchase, I can say Celebs Wear customer service was communitive and the end result was very satisfactory.
