Awesome!

We were recommended by a family member, who had used Gary Rose for their home purchase & he saved them a fortune.

We did our own research & found his hands on approach, together with his expertise, were amazing. We had lots of questions for Gary and he answered all of them, which put our minds at rest.

The property purchased was in the UK & would be used as a rental. Due to Gary's findings during the inspection, we managed to negotiate a further 18,000 pounds from the purchase price!

After purchasing the property, we engaged Gary again to oversee contractors with the works he'd recommended in his report.

We were very impressed with the services offered by Gary; nice guy too!

Both my wife I send our sincere thanks & have no hesitation in recommending, Gary.

So glad we hired Gary Rose at Sherlock Homes Inspectors. He came highly recommended from our friends in Canada as we were purchasing our home in the UK. Gary happened to be in the UK and so we sought his advice and expertise. Our estate agent had never seen such a detailed report, even ones provided by RICS.

His attention to detail, combined with Thermal Imaging was second to none. Based on his findings, we were successfully able to negotiate a whopping 20k off the price of the house. His fee in comparison nothing compared to what he saved us. It was definitely a worth while investment engaging Gary's services.

If you're thinking of buying a property in the UK or Canada, give Gary a call he will save you a fortune on your purchase. This is a guy who gives you the full picture about your purchase and is not swayed by the estate agents drivel!

Superb Company!

Gary Rose performed 2 inspections on potential investment properties. He was brilliant with his detail and reporting. We paid in total $1,285 and he actually saved us $18,000.00!! As he was completely unbiased and an independent inspector and NOT working for the Realtor in order to get his next inspection. With his detailed report with over 140 images we were able to negotiate a great price saving us a fortune. In fact, the money Gary saved us, we were able to book 2 weeks in Mexico to celebrate our saving and purchase!

Hiring Gary Rose at Sherlock Homes Inspectors was the best investment ever! Just a great company to do business with and fun guy too!
