Absolutely brilliant service for all of the 10 yrs we have been with Scrivens Willenhall .
For ears and eyes !
Always a friendly greeting for us and our little dog .
And we always make to take them a box of chocky bix at Christmas.

Ultimately the friendly staff made the whole experience from first visit to the last fitting. They were professional and answered any questions no matter how insignificant they seemed to be, made us welcome and comfortable .

I had my eyes test/contact lense check.
I was greeted straight away by Gina.
Friendly and informative, didn’t wait any time at all and picked a new set of frames before my test.
Jas the optician was fantastic, also really informative and explained everything.

Very helpful staff and the optometrist was thorough and gave me all the information I needed.

Since my life long 'traditional' optician retired I have struggled to find an alternative that meets his personal touch and detailed eye care.
My first time experience with Scrivens at Chingford Mount was the most positive yet, and sooo much better than the reliance on technology at places like Boots and Specsavers that make you think the training and qualifications are irrelevant. Yes, technology has its uses, but it is no substitute for training and experience - I'll be back!

Basically they are a good company, professional and well maintained premises, quiet and clear.

The front of house staff I usually find are not overly friendly. They don’t often smile, they don’t appear to have much of a sense of humour and they can sometimes be difficult to really connect with. I do wish they would be more receptive, more open to greeting people with a smile and a warmth which is often lacking. One good point is their location is well placed and they are always quiet.

I recently went into Scrivens in Broadstone to get some information about booking an eye test , extras included & eye care health .
I was greeted by a friendly lady named Claire , she was very professional, knowledgeable, answered all my questions
I was very impressed with her , & came away very satisfied with the excellent information she gave ..

Visited for a hearing test and to receive new hearing aids today as mine were well out of date.
I cannot fault the service i was given. The lady i saw was called Kay and she was probably the best proffesional person i have seen. Kay explained everything in great detail in terms i could understand she is a credit to Scrivens and i would not hesitate to recommend them.
I then saw a lady called Kathy who talked me through the app and set my phone up she was very patient and very pleasant. I came away feeling very satisfied with the service i received. Thankyou.

I've been attending this branch for many years and have found the staff to be both friendly and professional. They always follow through on their offers of help if any frames or prescriptions are not working for you. Excellent service.
