45 days of non-existent customer service and counting
The quality of the shoes is great, and because they are hard to find in the UK, you are forced to deal directly with their international site. However, the online return process is completely broken, and the customer care team is staggeringly unhelpful.
My ordeal began on March 16, 2026, when I tried to use their online portal to return an item. The portal suffered from a system anomaly and failed completely. What followed was over 45 days of unhelpful generic replies, broken promises that a return label would be "sent," and countless hours of personal effort just to get them to do their job.
They finally sent a manual return label after six weeks, but take zero accountability for their technical failures and offer no compensation for the unreasonable delays and stress they put their customers through.
If you are based in the UK and might need to return your shoes to Italy, be warned: you will be left completely on your own if anything goes wrong.

THE LAST 3 MONTHS, REGARDING AN INITIAL ORDER OF 6 PAIRS PESCURA BLACK, YOU WILL UNDERSTAND MY FRUSTRATION REGARDING YOUR COMPANY. Product not delivered after 25 days- extremely poor customer service
I placed an order 25 days ago and still have not received the product. The parcel has been stuck at customs for a long time, with no clear information or delivery timeline.
The most frustrating part has been the complete lack of customer service. I have emailed the company multiple times and have received no meaningful responses. There is no clear point of contact and no one taking responsibility for the issue.
The parcel has been with Royal Mail for 10 days, showing the status “under assessment”, with no progress. This strongly suggests that the shipment is not being actively followed up by the sender and that something is unresolved on their side.
I was left to contact Royal Mail myself, who could not provide any further information. The company has not followed up with their logistics partners or offered any solution.
I requested a refund and did not even receive a response. At this point, it is unclear what will happen next, as no one appears to be dealing with the issue.
I have spent an unreasonable amount of time chasing updates for a straightforward purchase. This experience reflects a serious lack of accountability and customer care. Based on this experience, I would not recommend ordering online from this company.

Oh man I wish I'd looked at the reviews here before I'd ordered anything. They sent me the wrong colour shoes (box was correct, but inside was the wrong colour shoes) and I am trying to get a refund, but the customer service is appalling. Feel totally scammed.

Run away !!! ! I ordered a pair in size 40, and it was too small, so I returned them, but since that day, I've had no news!!! They received the returned shoes and never sent the new ones!!! I'm going to report them!!!! I'm shocked that such a big brand is acting this way !!!

I wish I’d read the previous reviews before ordering from this company. I had the same very poor experience as other customers - they sent me the wrong returns details, my order then got returned by UPS, I asked for a new returns label, they sent me the old one again, and then asked 3 further times for a new returns label - they have ignored my emails for 2 weeks. Now I am faced with keeping some shoes that I don’t want, or paying for a return to Italy without any comfort that I will get the refund that I am entitled to. To add, the shoes that I did decide to keep are not comfortable at all. I would recommend that others avoid this experience.

There is no way to contact customer care
Horrible return policy. I have initiated the return, filled out the returns form, gotten the QR code but STILL you need a `` special returns code`` that is MANDATORY by contacting their customer service, and I have been waiting for 5 days for this returns code whilst the time to send the goods back is running out.I have sent several emails and the contact phone for customer care is automatized with the only option being going back to the website. Not to mention the 13 euro fee to return, also the product is very rigid and uncomfortable so was terrible from trying it on one time...have no use for these shoes. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Shoes arrived, too big and the most uncomfortable footwear I've ever had the displeasure of trying on. Tried to return, the return was going to cost £10.50 (having already paid for delivery) and the only courier option was UPS. We dont have a UPS drop off centre anywhere near us. Customer service really unhelpful, the return cost is the cost I was told. They won't organise any other courier I'd have to do that myself but then given no information of where to send to or what needed to be put in the box with the shoes.
An absolute farce of a company. Don't bother buying from them unless you are sure they will fit you.

Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service, they don't respond and don't count on doing a return because they have to provide the return details, which they don't. I was returning a pair of clogs that cost £146 and the studs were falling off within 2 weeks. If you can buy in this country do. Don't deal with Italy.

There is a blus gel for the hill , it is no glue , it did last one weak pretty much. Did unglued creati g a big hold at the hill . The padding is made of nothing , fall aprt when try to remove it . Totally junk , did need to replace the inside padding . I neever had good experience with Dr.SHOOLS.

I wish I have read the reviews before ordering here. I feel scammed. I ordered shoes paid 77euro. Size is too big not subjectively. They are 38. I wear Scholl shoes sandals and they are 37. Same with any other brand always 37. The one I ordered I can fit a thumb behind my heel and it fits easily. So it’s not me changing mind. It’s a wrong sizing. So from 77euro they offer me 55euro refund because all of a sudden I have to pay some ridiculous amount for shipping. This is not how the online purchases and free returns scould work. I’m the one to be blamed I have already promised myself after fail delivery of other purchase from Scholl that never again and I did any way. This time I hope I can stop others from making same mistake.

Disgusting still no refund
Returned shoes as per their request, been in Italy for weeks and still no refund. No shoes no refund definitely will NOT use again. PayPal also useless and refused to refund me even though I sent them copy of the label tracking and email from Scholl. Do not use buy from Amazon or else where!!!!
Awful experience with Scholl
Awful experience with Scholl. Sent me the wrong size shoes (box marked size 39 but size 36 inside). About 5 emails later I finally got a reply. Sent photos as requested and finally received email with return label and instructions. Went to UPS pick up point - they were very helpful and said I needed more copies of documents than I had been told. Paid for extra copies and sent the parcel. A week later it was back on my doorstep with a label saying 'Service Disruption Occurred'. No idea what that means. Cannot get an answer from Scholl. Awful company. Wish I'd read these reviews first! Never again.
