They refuse paying salaries. There are even Employment Tribunal decisions against them.

I have been dealing with Irini directly for all my needs, banking was just the excuse to meet as she supported me through a very stressful fraud situation ….we moved all of our systems to scale up and now we have peace of mind ! The fact that Irini and her team cover many languages including Greek has been a massive bonus to the experience as my English keep improving during my business time in UK, I would recommend scale up to any start up or established business that wants to free time to focus to core activities ! And don’t hesitate any question for help, they will be able to assist even with your marketing and webs !

Sold me worldpay contract and promised website. Ended up with one year long contract and no website..

We met Irini just a couple of weeks after we opened and we have never thought of switching relation as is a one stop shop ! The needs might change but the trust is there!

Solutions for everything and everyone ...irini the owner of scaleup has been coming personally to sort anything related to my business, even things completely unrelated to card machines as I am Greek cyrpiot and she speaks both Greek and English as native (even revealed some internal fraud done against me in the past by investigating properly and of course having the relevant knowledge !)

The card machine issues I had with my previous providers must have taken her way more time o resolve than would ever worth the deal , however she is always keen and happy to be around !

The card machines available are tailored to every situation, I personally took the a920 as a standalone and was very happy with the rates with scale up, but I will soon also add a clover solution for the dining app and epos capabilities as although I am not technical I am sure scaleup will sorr everything for me and be around to train my staff on anything that looks profitable to my business
