Great offers from good brands

They often have great offers from good brands, but they are mixed with many fake discounted brands, so one has to be careful. The return process is a bit expensive/unfair, except when the item is damaged, for which they cover it. So far the experience with customer service is all positive. All in all, I'm happy to shop here and will continue doing it!

I discovered this website by chance two…

I discovered this website by chance two months ago. I have placed three orders so far. Everything I purchased arrived well packed, the products are high quality, and the items arrived 4–5 days earlier than the expected delivery date.
Not to mention that the prices for the products, especially well-known brands are amazing.
LEVIS boots for 22 euros, NIKE sneakers for 25euro, polo t-shirts for 25euro...
I highly recommend this site.

I’m extremely disappointed with…

I’m extremely disappointed with showroomprive.com. Since early April 2025, I’ve placed multiple orders totaling more than €450, and to this day, none of the items have been delivered.
I have also lost access to the email address linked to my account, so I can’t log in to check the status of my orders. This has made the situation even more stressful.
I already sent a detailed email to customer service, including my payment proof and one order number (#329122520, placed on April 25), but I have not received any helpful response so far.
It has been over a month, and I expect a proper resolution — either immediate delivery of my orders or a full refund. Otherwise, I’ll have to escalate the issue through consumer protection agencies.
Totally unacceptable experience.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

My order did not arrive on the expected date. I contacted the customer service and got a message that saying they would respond in 3 days. They never did. I tried to call and only after the 5th attempt manage to speak to a person, who proceeded to try to locate my order, which she did not. She said she would have to open a complaint with the delivery company saying it was not their fault but GLS. Later i received an email saying it would take 20 days to get a response. After that, complete silence and 10 days after the expected date, the package arrived. No email, no call, no excuse from Saldi Privati.... and it was not the first time it happened..

ANSWER TO THEIR RESPONSE SINCE TRUST PILOT DOES NOT ALLOW REPLIES.

Saldi Privati does not acknowledge any mistake from their part and rather take it as an "opinion" that they might take into consideration on the future. The usual "ready-made one response fits all complaints".
If you are going to buy something with them, research the price on other sites and expected delays on the delivery and a "non-existing customer service"

good experience

I had a good experience with them, first I cancelled an order and received the refund in few days. second I ordered a watch, shipped in two weeks, not fast, but they mention that, product arrived great quality and great packaging. I recomment it if you are not in a hurry to get the item.

I made the mistake…

I made the mistake of trying to buy from the haircare sale. I bought three Skala hair masks. One of the tubs arrived completely empty. This was strange as the package wasn't full of product. I think the tub opened on transit and the courier repackaged everything with the empty tub. I've requested a refund and am sending the empty tub back. This is the second time this has happened. The last time, customer service didn't even bother to answer me. I sent pictures and everything as requested after my last review. I won't be buying from haircare again.

Bad Customer Service x 2

I have been a client for many years, however they are now selling products, charging your credit card, send you the information that they have shipped the goods, and only later they send another email informing that part of the goods have not been shipped and your money will be refunded in 5 to 7 days.
They wait almost a month to tell you they do not have the good they sold.
In some countries this is a crime against the consumer.

I will now think twice before buying from them again.

They customer service is the worst.

PS: Saldi Privati has responded saying their sales conditions allows them to do so due to the supplier not having the goods to dispatch.
However on their sales conditions also states that in such case, they should reimburse the buyer with 15 days of the said purchase. Which, in my case, they did not.
Purchase done on May 3rd. Notice of cancellation of goods on May 28th.

Copy of their Conditions of sales and product unavailable.

5.2 In caso di indisponibilità del Prodotto ordinato, fatti salvi i diritti attribuiti al Membro dalla legge, e, in particolare, dal Capo XIV del Titolo II del Libro IV del codice civile, il Membro sarà prontamente informato per e-mail. Il Membro sarà quindi legittimato a risolvere immediatamente il contratto, salvo il diritto al risarcimento del danno, ai sensi e per gli effetti di quanto previsto dall'art. 61, IV e V comma, del Codice del Consumo.
Nel caso in cui il Membro si avvalga del diritto di risoluzione ex art. 61, IV e V comma, Codice del Consumo, ovvero in ogni caso in cui il pagamento del Prodotto sia già avvenuto, SaldiPrivati, fatto salvo il diritto del Membro al risarcimento del danno, effettuerà il rimborso di tale importo senza indebito ritardo e, in ogni caso, entro il termine massimo di 15 giorni lavorativi dall'invio dell'ordine.

Hi Carlos, I am sorry for your experience. Our sales system is different than traditional sales. The brands we collaborate with provide us with a number of predefined items that they keep in their stocks.

Once the sale has ended, we then order the sold items which are only then sent to us. Sometimes, we are forced to detect differences between the stock initially requested and the one actually received.

Dissapointing customer care

Regardless of slew of unfavourable reviews I decided to give SP a go. I received one order with a delay (fine, the covid and all, problems might arise) but the other one never arrived. SP claims it has shipped, the courier says it is still 'in preparation', more than a month after placing the order, go figure. Contact info on SP site is trenched so deep, many clicks were required to arrive at a fill-in form (forget about a chat or phone support). SP reserves up to 3 business days to reply WTH, will see if they reply. I reached out to their official Twitter account, again no dice. SP seemingly does not care much about its customers.
