This company just recommended “Pharmastores” as 100 pc reliable. They’re scammers. Trustpilot gives them a one star review. Safebuy is not to be trusted.

I was contacted by this company about 2 years ago. In March 2022 they took another payment even though I'd asked to cancel. No reply to emails.

Now, various emails during 2022 & January 2023 sent asking them NOT to take any further payments, are being returned as non deliverable.

Scammer stay away I can’t contact with them two years but still takes money from my bank account without permission of my site

This is just another money making organisation, that assures a degree of quality to the website user of their members. This assurance is "purchased" by the website owner/trader, irrespective of any quality of service. Safebuy do not vet their subscriber, or have no facility to do so. the whole system is a sham.

COMPLETE SHAM, built years of trust with google reviews & trustpilot and have a low score with this SHAM of a company, have only a few bad reviews which is also inevitable, when you have been trading many years and they basically want you to signup and pay them to increase your score, this type of site should be banned.

Well, I just looked at Safebuy's review page for J & S Appliances (theappliancedepot.co.uk) and it shows that Trustpilot has given them a score of 4.8/5. But when I go to Trustpilot and look up J & S Appliances, I see that they have been given a rating of 2.3/5. So I have zero trust in Safebuy now and will never use them again.

Anybody can check what I am saying.

Its worrying when a company spams you in the first place to try and get service, however, I felt a bit better that I could click on the 'report spam' link at the bottom of the email and be opted out. Well, the IDEA is good, the fact of that matter is that it lead to a 404 error page.

Been with Safebuy for a number of years. I have found that the Safebuy seal displayed on our website helps towards more customers feeling safe while they purchase. Also the directory entry is helpful towards quality links to our website.

I am very happy with both the support and service of this company, my personal experience has been a good one, and I feel they deserve a 5-star rating.

Sent me an email stating that my company has the highest rating, but if I want the profile to continue to be up, I need to pay them, of course. They just harvest data from Google and other review sites like Trustpilot and Yell and then they want you to pay for it.

1** doesn’t sum up how bad this company is..

More to the point how rude Richard was when i asked some simple questions on his engagement reach prior to aligning with them.

His tech, charles is make believe and they are out for the vulnerable.

Shocking attitude to business and surprised they are still going with what i have experienced.

Huge scam be careful

First of all - notice how all of their 5 star reviews are invited and not verified.

Second of all - you can not add people to a mailing list who have had no previous contact with you about a service that has never had any relevance to their business.

Thirdly - sending emails from a false account is just a douche bag move.

Fourth - putting a broken unsubscribe link in the email, again, DOUCHE MOVE.

Fifth - having no contact number and an email address that keeps bouncing back, SUPER DOUCHE MOVE.

Sixth - Claiming to be in partnership with the Department of Trade and Industry - straight up lie seeing as they don't exist anymore in that capacity.

Seventh - spam. Spam spam spam.

Having investigated the company, it is very quickly evident that they are literally a scam. They don't do anything that Trust Pilot do not do FOR FREE, and their payment terms are extremely sketchy. They aren't in partnership with the Department of Trade and Industry, to be so bold as to put that claim on their website is.. well it's ballsy or really stupid. I'm going for the latter.

Reported to the ICO, reported to Trading Standards, reported to Advertising Standards.

Always immediately responsive to any enquiry that I may have and always dealt with quickly and effectively.
