Terrible service (Marbella)

Terrible service! I bought a brand new Volkswagen Taigo back in December 2024. Not even 24 hours after delivery, the engine light turned on. The only support I got from Safamotor was them saying "it's most likely fine, it's most likely a small thing, don't worry" and asked me to drive a car to service 100 km far from my house. When I asked them to take responsibility for the car on the way, as I'm worried that it doesn't have to be safe to drive that far with an engine light being on, their sales representative refused it. At the same time the VW Road Assistance refused to tow the car claiming it's drivable. When I told Safamotor I even consider a contract cancellation they said I can't because I don't have any contract with them as it's on finance so it's a contract with VW bank and I'll have to call them. Safamotor said their job is to sell cars, not to care about them after the sell is completed (apparently not even 24 hours after they deliver it). Their sales representative eventually stopped communicating on WhatsApp and answering phone calls. I managed to get an appointment in San Pedro service (Safamotor too), where they fixed the car. Sadly, this is not the end of the story, the light turned on just two weeks later. When I contacted the person I previously talked to in San Pedro, she was ignoring my messages. When I messaged VW CS, they said it's been fixed already. After a long discussion I managed to explain them that it's the same error appearing again. They arranged another appointment in San Pedro. The day before I contacted Safamotor in San Pedro to double check they expected me. They confirmed the appointment but said they have no courteousy car for me, as it's not standard. They said they may book another appointment in three weeks when they may have courteousy car available.
This experience has been unacceptable. I strongly advise against purchasing vehicles from Safamotor.

Completamente incompetentes.

Completamente incompetentes.

Totally incompetent and very badly mannered.
They are a disaster and very unpleasant. I asked for a test drive of the car and they never answered me. Finally I got the car through Leasing and they gave me an appointment. When I went to pick it up at the agreed appointment, the car was not ready and they completely ignored it, saying that it was not their problem and that the problem was mine and the bank's. And they were super unpleasant and rude. If you can go to another dealership with professional and educated people, all the better.
