I was a return customer who bought a tree puller

I was a return customer who bought a tree puller, I liked the puller, it was well built. A year later I emailed Ryan to order another of the same so I could have one for each of my skids. The jaws were made of one inch steel on the first one and now 3/4”, $700 more in price and I had negotiated an extra set of flat face couplers in the deal that never came with the lighter duty tree puller .Ryan said it would be a two week build time which was fine, week three ,week four then it was a shipping issue. Ryan was not a good communicator after he gets payment! I was a happy customer until the second round of return business! Buyer beware.

I purchased a Rock Picker from RSE Fabrication

I purchased a Rock Picker from Ryan Stahl, owner of RSE Fabrication. He considers the product he manufactures high quality. However, it broke approximately one hour after using it. It's suppose to handle 2" to 28" size rocks. He set me parts to fix it, but I was unable to. He refused to take it back and fix it. The bottom bucket teeth are uneven and the pickup arm is warped from overheating during the welding process. After the Credit company charged it back to him, he produced a bogus warranty approximately 4 months after purchase. Even after the chargeback he refuses to pick it up, still demanding payment. From my experience you should not walk away from any dealings with Ryan, but run.

And most important, it does have a rock guard high enough to stop the swing arm throwing smaller rocks at the driver of the skidsteer. This design is dangerous. Iam a retired engineer that was involved in vehicle safety. My recommendation is find a different design all together.
