This was an international purchase so I was fortunate that it arrived safely. Package protection was scarce/non-existent, one piece of reinforced cardboard, this time, Other than that their prices have always been great and shipping fast, I highly recommend Rough Trade.

The record that I purchased is great. Unfortunately, I ordered it in February, and it arrived in May. Without a really good reason, it's unlikely that I will order from RT again.

Shipping takes MONTHS!!! You have to email them and BEG for them to ship your items, they never respond to messages. They have some great products but their warehouse staff is either incompetent or overwhelmed. Shop elsewhere if you can.

Ordered 2 vinyls 3 weeks ago… still hasn’t shipped. Sent numerous emails about the issue only to get generic AI responses. Consider purchasing from elsewhere this is a poorly run company.

I ordered a CD from Rough Trade because they had the lowest listed price I could find for that one online and also had the lowest shipping costs to Australia. There was a delay so I reached out to the customer service team and I had such a great experience with Jack. He was very apologetic for the delay but it was out of Rough Trade's control as it was a supplier delay. So because of their low prices and great customer service I would defiantly recommend you shop here.

Was able to snag a Record Store Day vinyl easily the moment they went live on their website. Great experience and service all around!

I placed an online order by mistake - immediately cancelled it, and they deducted an 8% charge! This is being disputed and reported to trading standards, as my statutory rights allow me to cancel an online order a full refund within 14 days !!
