Very pleased with the service provided by Romans in Winchester. In particular from both Ceri, our Property Manager and Kim, our Lettings Manager. Both are professional, courteous, supportive, quick in communicating and proactive. Nothing is too much trouble. Real assets to the team - thank you ladies!

When Romans took over the management of the property I was renting Ceri was so professional whilst friendly and showed empathy to any of my queries right up to the end of my Tenancy ( she also showed humour which is very necessary due to the lack of some of my tech skills!🤣)
In my opinion her knowledge and manner is a great asset to Romans.

Romans have provided us with an excellent and professional rental service. Ceri Evans in particular has always shown a personal interest and dealt with any problems immediately.

We have had mixed experiences in the past, however, Ceri was then assigned to us as our contact for maintenance of the property some time ago. She has always given us first class service. She responds quickly to any problem, and comes back to us swiftly. She is always highly professional and a pleasure to work with.

Although we ended up finding a flat through another agency, I wanted to take a moment to highlight the outstanding support we received from Harry Cook at Romans Winchester.

Harry was by far the most professional, helpful, and attentive consultant we came across during our search. He really took the time to understand what we were looking for and only recommended properties that were a genuine match. His communication was consistently prompt, clear, and thoughtful, which made the whole process feel much smoother.

Even though we didn’t rent through Romans in the end, our experience with Harry left a very positive impression. He’s a credit to the team, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others looking to rent in the area.

It was a long and tricky process, but Freya was kind friendly and extremely helpful during the entire thing. Although we ultimately found our new rental through another agency, our first viewing was with Ash and he stayed in touch and helped us maintain perspective as we navigated our way through the current roller coaster rental market. A real professional! Will certainly be in touch the next time we're looking to rent or buy.

My late brother used Romans for the letting of his flat in Winchester for some years and always spoke well of the service they provided.
When he passed away, I contacted Ceri at Romans and she was so very helpful and understanding, and supported our family as we sorted out my brothers affairs, and kept us informed of any and all matters relating to the ongoing tenancy.
I thoroughly recommend Romans and thank Ceri in particular for her help over the year since we took over the flat.

Until now, our experience with Romans has been fairly poor. But Ceri is a shining light in this organisation. Her communication (an essential quality) is excellent. She always keeps me informed, and makes sure the job is done. I have mentioned one date below, as requested, but Ceri's high standards are ongoing.
