The lady and gent that came to us were direct, to the point and did not spend unnecessary extra time on unimportant issues.

Lewis Debb provided excellent advice and service from the very beginning of the rental process -- a friendly and fruitful collaboration where he made himself available at all times.

They were good until the house sold and then didn't seem to care. They also lost my house key! Took over a week and lots of chasing to get the lock changed. The sales team were fab but once my house sold and it was passed on to a new team whilt the purchase completed and surveys were run etc, contact ceased and for this reason I wouldn't use them again. I wanted updates and feedback and this was not available.

It's been a bit nerve-wracking being an overseas landlord / seller, but our sales agent, Warren, handled everything really well and kept us informed throughout the process. Kelsee, our move manager, was also fantastic at chasing everyone to keep the solicitors moving!

The Maidenhead office team managed the viewings effectively and once a buyer was found, Kelsee the move manager kept me informed throughout the process until exchange of contracts.

I chose Romans Maidenhead because I felt that their valuations were more realistic and closer to market expectations. We then got to offer within 6-7 weeks which we thought was very good given the unpredictable market conditions.

I found Warren, Peter and Jacob to be of good character, persistent in getting qualified viewings and demonstrating a clear understanding of the local property market.

I would have no hesitation in engaging Romans again in the future.

Denise Hurn gave us some excellent service that wasn’t in her job description. She dealt with a leak in our property which is her job I believe in property management, but a couple of months later when we were trying to hand in our notice for the property and were having trouble reaching the correct person she dealt with the whole thing. She also answered some questions we had, this is not her job which I think make me the service even more impressive.

The sale process went as smoothly as it could, and the whole Sales team in the Maidenhead branch were very responsive, professional, and helpful at all stages of the Sale.
In particular, Warren Hendry and his team made sure that all my queries were always answered promptly, and I also received great advice about the current housing market etc.

No response. Nit reachable over phone. Just some junk emails and no respect for gdpr

We have been with Romans about 6 months after a nightmare with our previous letting agents. They are really professional and are very quick at dealing with any issues. We recently had a leak from our upstairs neighbour and our property Jack Cracknell was able to get hold of the upstairs neighbour and sort it ASAP. I highly recommend Romans

Pre sales and sale was good, generated a lot of interest, but once a buyer was in place communication was difficult and hard to get hold of updates and people. A few items we asked to be discussed with buyer never were and we had to get hold of buyer directly to resolve. Post exchange and completions we have not heard from the agents to confirm all went well other than this survey. Need to review overall communication through out process with customers.

Kimberly Garcia Jones the best property manager you could ever imagine!! There is nothing impossible for her!!!
