As always friendly informed and helpful service from richer sounds hull.the selection of the soundbar followed the assistant’s recommendation The price was excellent,product arrived on time,expertly fitted by Chris .yet again faultless service.

I ordered my item over the phone with a friendly man called chappie I think his name was.he put it aside until I went into town to pick it up. A lovely man called joey showed me how to connect my Manhattan T4R 2TB to the back of my TV. It only took 10 minutes to get it up and running. Would recommend Richer Sounds.Really helpful and knowledgeable people who work here.

Staff were very helpful and listened to my request, and although the product wasn't available in store (Cambridge Audio AXA35) that day, they arranged for home delivery for the next day.
The delivery happened arrived slightly earlier than the given time slot. The product was in perfect order and was up and running within 20 minutes.

The manager at the Hull store was very helpful on both visits to the store. He was very pleasant and explained what I needed do to connect the dvd player to the television. I think his name is Paul. The other member of staff was also very pleasant too.

It being the nearest one to my home, I contacted Richer Sounds Hull shop by email for some advice on turntables and speakers. Laurie from the branch replied promptly, with the information I needed. I subsequently went in to the shop, spoke to Laurie (who interrupted his lunch break to do so), had a look at, and then bought a recommended turntable, with upgraded speakers, at an excellent price which included healthy discount. Engaging, knowledgable staff, exceptional customer service and advice, and a simple, efficient transaction. My first time shopping at Richer Sounds. Don’t know why I left it so long…..

After looking around for a couple of weeks we decided to pay a visit to Richer Sounds at Hull. Very pleased we did as Paul explained everything very well and we ended up with a Samsung 65 OLED compete with sound bar at a competitive price and delivered within a few days. Very pleased with the tv and the service provided by Richer Sounds many thanks.

Some of the best customer service around along with very decent pricing. I had delivery issues with some of the equipment but they were sorted immediately by speaking to the sales team and no bother getting through to them. It's just how it should be but rarely is.
