The young man in the shop was helpful and friendly. The delivery was on time and the delivery men were more than helpful as we needed to request a specific delivery time. Overall a pleasant shopping experience.

It was the first time I've shopped with Richer Sounds and the whole experience was brilliant from start to finish.
I would definitely recommend this company from the novice like myself who frankly doesn't know anything about technology to those of you out there who wants quality item's plus you get to actually speak to another Human being not just tick boxes on a screen

i popped into the hull shop on fri 10th at 1pm and ordered a 75" tv and it was delivered 11am on the 11th.
the full buying and delivery experience was flawless

As usual, the team at the Hull shop took the time to help me make the right decision over my purchase, together with some technical advice to help me better enjoy the product.

I have bought so many things from Richer Sounds Hull, I am happy to accept the title of "all the gear , but no idea", I try to get the best even though I am deaf as a post.
The staff are brilliant at making me feel special when I ask the most basic questions, I am sure my phone number has to be answered by who ever is in the bad books at work as a punishment.

Faultless!! The knowledge and service Richer Sounds offers is brilliant, Paul the manager is a fountain of tech knowledge, and his guys in the shop provide a service where nothing is ever too much for them. Sadly not many shops gives this kind of level of service, I won’t go anywhere else to buy my tech. I have to travel over an hour and pass 2 Curry’s on the way to Richer Sounds Hull.
