I wished I would of read the reviews before I purchased 2 items, these were birthday gifts, they didn't arrive and have still not arrived i ordered on 20th April, when I was promised sat 14th latest, the service and customer service is so bad, no contact number only email, I've had a few replies promising delivery and extra products to apologise for a mix up with my order which I don't believe for one second, will definitely not use again....UPDATE....Delivery finally made 4 weeks after the order was placed, my boys are happy with their Gallagher tops and bucket hats, already for the gig now..... I would still be hesitate to use again...but you never know....

I paid a 10 pounds deposit for my son t shirt i went down to his shop on Saturday to pick my t shirt up but the guy is not there and still got my 10 pounds been scamed and hes not answering his phone

I ordered some LG shirts in February and still not received, emailed twice with no response, going to have to report to credit card company as it appears to be a scam. Still await any sort of response and the website looks like it is in the process of being changed.

I have percesed from them many times but when I percesed some Christmas presents in December . I received the caned t shirts one LG and one Richard ashcroft the LG can was dinted and the vinyl sticker that go's round the can was well off very and had air bubbles in it bad workmanship also the RA can vinyl was put one with gaps on it soyou could see the tin whete the vinyl was ment to meet. I sent RR an email and I messaged them on PayPal thank god I did it with pp. Nick contacted me saying sorry and he would get the new tins out to me on 3rd of January first thing if I cancelled the pp dispute so he was holding me to ransom cancel or you won't get a replacement I told nick I would cancel once I received my replacements they arrived a few days later . By this time I had had time to think and I didn't like bully's so I continued with my pp dispute for half the original price back for the inconvenience. So what did RR do lied what a surprise and they told PP I should return all the stuff I got from them for a full refund but that's not what I was asking for I was asking for £60 as I thought that was fair for all the messing about and the fact I had to give the Tins as they were as presents. If you spend over £100 on a gifts you expect it to be perfect . Anyway pp sided with RR but I had the last laugh as pp payed me the £60. So I still got what I was owed .

I HAVE WRITTEN THIS TO GIE PEOPLE AN INFORMED DESION. I JUST HI LIGHT MY EXPERIENCE WITH RR . I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE AND I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. THERE ARE BETTER COMPANIES OUT THERE AND THE QUALITY AND WORKMANSHIP AR A MILLION TIMES BETTER YES IT MAY COST MORE BUT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR .

Saw the Retrorockstar add on Instagram and liked the look of the T shirts. I ordered a Verve themed Addidas T shirt but when it arrived it was the wrong size (small and I'm a 15 stone bloke). Also the tin it arrived in looked like it was a poor art project and the labels had been cut out with scissors. I emailed them (politely) and asked about their returns/replacement policy and received no response whatsoever. The T shirt itself was ok but unfortunately will only fit my 3 year old.

This company are very good at product design and flash marketing and websites but seem to have little substance or any real interest in their customers other than to take their cash and then ignore them.

Disappointed overall.

ordered a LG bucket hat from here couple months ago, they even gave me a free oasis poster, love this company and all their products such good quality and fast shipping, just ordered again!!

i ordered a festival print and a limited edition “as you were” bucket hat and t shirt , was really surprised giving the time of year how quick they arrived, i couldn’t be happier with the quality! will definitely be recommending to friends and family
