A quality product

Not a lifetime subscription

Despite stating lifetime subscription the product key expired after 5 months. Tried to call RC software but no answer. It looks like I’ve been scammed. Avoid this sham company and keep your money to yourself!

I purchesed office 2021 for my windows…

I purchesed office 2021 for my windows but wasn't able to install it at all. Everytime I tried to call them with 24/7 mobile number, I found that switch off!!
Today I sent them an email hope they reply me soon.

They replied and guided me with a helpful email. It works now.

I get the following error message after…

I get the following error message after trying to reinstall the software due to an activation issue.

This product cannot be activated because the product key is not valid.

You might see the Activation wizard appear unexpectedly, and Microsoft 365 or Office fails to activate over the Internet with the following error message:

This product cannot be activated because the product key is not valid.

Note: If your error is about the region and said, This product key isn't meant for your region, see Office product key error "This product key isn't meant for your region" for help.

If you see this message, this means that your Microsoft 365 or Office product key has been blocked and will no longer work.
