Went to their online shop as it was recommended to me by someone from my club who's familiar with them. Purchased a couple of motors and speed controllers. I asked if they could offer a discount and surprisingly they did. Paid with amazon cuz them don't do PayPal no more. Order arrived 3-4 days later. I'll remember them for future purchases. Highly recommended

I brought 2 sw600 pro engines I received them after 3 days . great customer service .

purchased some servos and motors and again same great service. got an extra free servo :) I think they like me. Highly recommended.

Placed an order and made the bank transfer for the payment in GBP. The parts supposed to be in stock. After 1 week Vicky informed me that the parts are not available and do not proceed to payment (which was done already). They refunded less money than paid. Not professionals at all.

I recently bought a DLA gas engine from RChobby-Avenues. The price was very attractive and communication was a pleasure. Vicky checked to ensure that the engine was the exact version I needed and answered all my questions very quickly,even when it meant doing some research first. Delivery from UK to Italy was rapid and free of charge. I'll definitely order from this company again - what's not to like?

In september I spent over 3K for a multi copter from rchobby-avenues. I paid by bank transfer to save some money. of course i googled them first and read some good reviews. they had the copter i wanted and it was at a good price compared to other stores. they have loads of multi copters from low to very expensive. after 3 days of corresponding with them by email they convinced me to buy the copter from them so i paid over £3.1K to their bank account with my fingers crossed. the day after i made payment they updated my order status to payment received then later they updated to processing. took 4 days for my order status to change to another status. i emailed them requesting to give me a ring as i was getting a bit concerned. the same day a very nice lady with a sexy accent gave me a ring. the next day my order was ready to be sent to my address. god i was relieved! the next day my order got delivered to me by dhl. wow!! am i happy with rchobby-avenues? hell yeah! i paid absolutely nothing for this huge box to be delivered to me. they charge 0 for delivery. not only i saved loads on the toy i also saved on delivery. 3 days after i got my package delivered they emailed me for feedback on the copter. i am very happy with rchobby-avenues not only their prices are attractive but also their customer service is caring. i love my multi copter and i use it for work.
since rchobby-avenues have asked me to write a review i guess the least i can do is write a review to share my very good experience buying from this shop. i could not have made a better choice!
