The box itself is fine for VPN for mail and browsing however it doesn’t work very well with streaming content it’s only 2.5 and buffers a lot or just freezes

Hi Jane, not sure what you mean by no signal - it has a range of around 1500sq ft. If you're not seeing that we can help advise you on how to place the device to avoid interference with other wireless signals/routers.
Also curious if you mean cellular signal and are mistaking Pyramid with a MiFi/hotspot device - if so, Pyramid requires an internet connection to get online it is not a SIM style device.

It just doesn't work
It just doesn't work. I bought so I could watch Sky Sports in USA. Argon at Pyramid was very good in trying to get it to work but...couldn't.

Since I bought this device my strimming…
Since I bought this device my strimming of the RAI NEWS 24 is been patches I even upgraded my GRAIN fibre provider to 500up/500down but both LG television are not able to stream one single programs from RAI without delays (blue circles) and drops out.
I hope it will improve with time but have not see any resolution so I had to by Sark surfer VPN to get some peace. Not what I wanted because Pyramid Should have replaced the Express VPN cost!!!!

The speed you mentioned from your speed test when you got in touch should be more than sufficient for streaming HD Speeds so it is odd that you are experiencing issues with the RAI service, it's hard for us to say why you are having issues with that particular streaming service despite having a connection speed that is certainly fast enough for smooth streaming.
It may be worth contacting RAI to ask why you're seeing this issue in case it is a problem with the service itself - especially as your speeds are certainly good enough.

The companion app that runs on the mobile that we use to configure location never seems to work. It keeps saying “your device is not connected to pyramid” even though the device is on pyramid wifi

Sorry to hear you had an issue with the companion app, you should also be able to access Pyramid at any time via pyramidsetup.com or 192.168.8.1 in your browser. If that's not working, please confirm you don't have any software VPN turned on that may prevent it from loading.

Hi,
As explained when you got in touch, we had to drop support for Indian VPN servers as the Indian government has a mandate that all VPN providers must collect user data and as a privacy company this is something we refuse to do.
Should we able to operate our service without compromising our users privacy in India we will add that support - but we promote ourselves as a no log service and that is a promise we are not willing to compromise on. This is also an industry-wide issue with many top VPN providers withdrawing support for this reason.
