I ordered yesterday , had an email the same day to say my order would be delivered today. Had another email to say what time it would be delivered within one hour ( which it was! ) then had a text to tell me that it had been delivered! Couldn't ask for a better more efficient and faster service! I also asked for the item to be covered up if it was raining and they followed my instructions perfectly! Thank you SO much!

My two greyhounds were very excited when their first delivery of Forthglade dog food arrived and helped me unpack it. It is going down very well and my sons elderly greyhound has taken some home to try. A very good service.

Because my doggie has been really ill, i changed to this food. Its natural & its grain free. I know im not feeding her any old rubbish. She loves it, shes happy to eat it & looks good, so im happy too.
The service from purrfectly pets is fantastic too.

Ordering and delivery met my expectations

I have dealt with quite a few different companies over the internet and this one definitely rates as one of the best. Very quick service, good communication and the delivery company they use even lets you know on the day of delivery which hour they intend to deliver.

i needed to change the delivery day and the delivery location for my order and nothing was too much trouble.

This was the cheapest version of the Rotastak I found and we also stocked up on the food we usually but -but for about 25% less. Arrived very quickly and when one item was out of stock, the refund was given even before I realised!

Ordered Sunday evening. Monday morning got email to say they were out of stock but would be reordering. Alarm bells rang as this item was a birthday present with a time deadline. Thursday got email to say that the item was on its way and Friday it arrived spot on in the middle of the one hour delivery window. Item very well packed so happy all round. Also this item was the cheapest I could find this item anywhere on the Internet.
