Prime Choice Auto Parts Reviews 

I had placed an order for an oxygen sensor, which was handled via Canada Post. I still get door to door mail delivery service where I am and I didn't get my first order for whatever reason (lost in truck, stolen out of my mail box, etc.) I called into Customer Service, explained the whole problem, and the fact I had phoned Canada Post to see if I could get a hint as to where my parcel was. They sent out a replacement order which I received the next day. I still have no idea what happened to the first order though, Regardless I am very pleased with Prime Choice Auto Parts and will continue to shop them.

I ordered many parts off this website, and paid only a third of the price all the local parts stores wanted, plus free shipping right to my door. fast delivery, i ordered on a saturday, it was here on tuesday, everything was exactly what i wanted, no mix ups and no hassle! Will definitely shop here again, and will recomend to everyone i know looking for parts! Thanks!

All I can say is that this company is for real . I have bought many items from Prime choice and still I am amazed how fast the parts arrive at my front door . I had purchased the extended warranty thinking this was going to be a hassle if I needed to use it , I was wrong . After two years I had to replace a hub bearing , and to myself I said here we go I going to get screwed . I was so so wrong the girls were so friendly and helpful , and I got fully refunded in no time flat .No mess no fuss and no hassle . I have recommended Prime Choice Auto to all my friends ,you are not going to find a better deal so don't your time or money trying .

I only received part of my order so had to call, then they resent the parts I did not get. It also took over a week to get some of my parts. For this part I am not happy about but their pricing is good.

Part came quickly exactly as ordered. Car started on first crank after sitting all winter.

Ordered multiple products: complete struts for an 02 camry, mirrors for a 06 chevy work van. Prices are unbeatable, no issues with fitment, great customer service, delivery was quick. Obviously I can't vouch for all their products, but the struts and mirrors I ordered were perfect. Would definitely recommend. Thanks PrimeChoice!

If you fix your own vehicle, you probably can't afford new, or have better ways to spend your money; so of course you want to spend as little as possible for parts. I would like to support local, but they consistently cost over twice as much as Prime Choice. I usually get my order in about a week. So if Prime Choice has it, that's where I get it.

The parts where as shown and where only a day arriving at my door. The only thing was the website which I found kind of clumsy and show but served the purpose

The website is well laid out and user friendly. I had no issues placing the order. The trouble came after I received confirmation that my order had been placed and sent to shipping. After 10 days I had still not received the parcel so I contacted customer service. I was informed that the part must have been lost somewhere in transit and that another part would be sent in its place. Several days later I was notified that the part was no longer in stock and would not be available for another 4 - 6 weeks, and my money was refunded. No one was ever rude or discourteous, but I was dissappointed in the end result of no receiving the part I ordered.

The delivery was free. The parts fit perfectly. The young lady on the phone was polite and genuinely tried to help.

If you live in Canada, best to buy over the phone, as eBay has a glitch and will charge you an exchange charge fee of 20% extra.

The company though is great, and saves even DIY's hundreds of dollars by being half the price of retailers. Plus offers cheaper discounts if you bundle. So buy brakes and rotors and save a few dollars on top of the steep retail discounts.

I be bought many items and have never been disappointed. Shipping is fast price is great. I just wish there was more variety of parts as the only thing available for my current car is brakes
