Pas grand chose à acheter mais on s'y attendait..par contre il serait possible d'augmenter leur CA en vendant des sandwichs dans la file d'attente qui mène aux caisses..

Primark Breaks the Law, Ignores Sale Price, No Accountability
My family and I have been customers of Primark for years, which is why I am so disappointed and disgusted by their treatment. Recently, my sister and I picked up the same hat from the reduced racks, clearly marked at £4 with orange stickers. There were numerous other items and accessories nearby, and around 10 of these hats available — all with the same orange stickers — so it was clearly not a mistake.
When I asked the assistant to get a manager, he said he would, but no one ever appeared. Even when I told him, “You have to sell at this price, it’s illegal,” he looked at me as though I was dirt on his shoe. I was treated unprofessionally and dismissed. This illegal and disgraceful behaviour is unacceptable. At the till, the assistant snatched both hats from us and we watched him deliberately peeling the orange stickers off.
Primark could have and should have put things right and allowed the sale at the reduced price, but they haven’t. They are fully aware of their illegal actions and don’t care, thinking they are entitled and above the law. I have contacted Trading Standards. Primark may get away with this, but their illegal act of not selling at that price deserves to be investigated, and other customers should be made aware of how they operate. On a recent visit, the hats were displayed away from the sale area at the full price of £6.50. I was also sent a £5 gift card, as if that would make up for their illegal actions. Their dismissive and arrogant behaviour shows they clearly do not value customers.
Customers are what keep shops in business — they should be treated much better than this. Primark could have and should have done better. Their repeated brush-offs have left me with zero confidence in their customer service.
Absolute Pants
This rating is for their click and collect service. I would rate them zero if it let me. Ordered a 6 pack of check woven boxer shorts on the 9th of October. Arrived on 11th. Opened package to find just 3 pairs of boxers, just loose and no packaging. Like they were found in their miscellaneous pile in the warehouse and thrown in. Complained on their site and it’s taken until today (24th October) to respond with “ We have now reviewed this with our warehouse team and their systems have been unable to identify an issue with this order.” So that’s that then. No refund, partial refund or exchange. Just computer says no. Look, it’s not about the money, they were cheap enough, it’s the principle. Any decent company would sort it out with an apology but Primark would rather rip their customer off and lose them for life. I suppose that’s the attitude these huge corporations are going with now. Every penny counts…for them. Useless
Served by Andrea so helpful.
I was served yesterday 22nd Oct by a very helpful lady Andrea who went above and beyond to help.
Click & Never Collect
I placed a click and collect order on Sunday afternoon with the option to collect at the chosen store from 2pm on the Tuesday, the confirmation email states to wait to receive email and SMS confirmation that your order is ready to collect. No such email or SMS was received so I contacted their online customer services on the day I was due to collect to check if it was ready as my email with tracking was showing it hadn't even been dispatched. The agent said they are experiencing delays but wouldn't give any further information as to why, when I would expect my order to be ready or any real apology. They said it could still be delivered to store that day which I questioned as the store closes at 5:30pm and this was already 3pm and the item hadn't been dispatched. I expressed that It was disappointing that I have had to reach out for an update and these known and "widespread delays" haven't been communicated first hand from them.
I then checked again today (the day after) by calling the branch but no answer so I went to the online chat to see if there was any update, if my order had been dispatched or a new estimate as to when it will be ready, still unable to provide any information or update, I then asked a few questions as I was ordering to a nearby store to where I was working this week but won't be there next week, asked if it was possible to change which store which was told it wasn't possible, understandable with certain systems but I went to see if I could order the same item to a nearer store and said It would be ready to click and collect on Friday from 2pm. Which I questioned why this is still possible and if I was to order to this branch would it be impacted by the delays and they couldn't answer that. They then just abruptly ended the chat which I found rather rude and unhelpful. It's my first time doing a click and collect from Primark and will admittedly be the last. They clearly don't have the infrastructure or customer service to support this. I've experienced better customer service on Aliexpress.
In store is a different experience.
Click and Collect
Click and Collect - I ordered 2 parcels separate orders and stated the collection day. On parcel arrived the other didn't. I am still waiting over a week and they keep saying its been dispatched. I emailed and am still waiting for a response (over a week now) online chat cant do anything they just say someone will be in touch! They cant refund me for some reason. Shocking service!!!!!
Primark - does not abide by consumer statutory rights !
I bought a set of men’s underwear on 2 October 25 and one item is faulty. The elastic band is split. As we live some distance I went to store today 16 October 25 to request an exchange of that one item. The till assistant called the manager in the Croydon store as she said they don’t exchange underwear. I absolutely understand they don’t exchange if you change your mind or it doesn’t fit but I thought it is different if the item is not fit for purpose and faulty. In uk you should get either refund or exchange for faulty items. Anyway manager said no as it was underwear and told me to complain. Surely this is a breach of consumer law ? This has never happened to me in my entire life regarding a faulty item when a store has been contacted within 30 days and they have not honoured their responsibility.
The only saving grace is their items are cheap so is a minor expense and I can live with it but it is not right for Primark to breach the law while operating in uk .
I am very disappointed but glad I had this experience because it is important to know that Primark does abide by consumer law even if the item is substandard, not fit for purpose and faulty and take to store well within the 30 day statutory limit. So please be warned
Good quality wellington boots!

Unfortunately some of the staff members are very rude!
Absolutely atrocious
Absolutely atrocious. I wanted to purchase a cardigan that was advertised on their website as being in stock in both of their Oxford Street stores. Unfortunately, they do not allow purchase of this item on the internet and so I travelled for over an hour and a half into London to purchase one. Neither store had any in stock and no-one could tell me why this item was still showing “in stock” on their website. Speaking with other customers within the stores this was of no surprise to them at all. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY TRAVELLING TO FIND THEIR STOCK. THIS HAS BEEN A VERY EXPENSIVE EXERCISE!

Bought bedding from Primark in Birmingham city centre and have never itched like I did before, I immediately threw everything out and bought fresh bedding from another store (Dunhelm). You get what you pay for in Primark…..cheap & nasty.

It appears I'm not the only one unable to contact Primarc Customer Service by phone. The reviews are very bad as regards to telephone communication. I don't know why they even bother advertising the telephone number if they have no intention of answering as it's a very bad reflection on the Primary stores.
Very, very, disappointing. It doesn't even deserve 1 star in my opinion...0 stars would be my preference!!!

On 30th September i went to Primark in Wolverhampton where by l was verbally attacked and call a person with an attitude.
The cashier involved was allowed to abuse me in front of the public who were queuing up to pay for their goods. This Offender was allowed to verbally abuse me without any thing done to top it all a customer on the shop floor got involved as she knew the cashier. She threatened to Bang me outside the store. Now l am a regular Customer who spends 100's of pounds. I am disgusted and hope no one ever goes through what l did. I was finally escorted of the premises by the security whilst the member of staff and her friend laughed in my face.
I never shop here
I never shop here, but I made the fatal mistake of ordering a few things only of course to find that they were horrible and cheap looking. My gripe is this refunds can take up to 10 working days! In what universe do they think that that is appropriate? Honestly never ever again.
