Not recommended, poor support!
I sent them an email and only received a response after one year. In the meantime, my company was dissolved and I wanted to cancel my contract. Apparently, the minimum contract period is one year. I was one month late with the cancellation, and now I have to pay €83 every month for an entire year—for nothing.
The worst company there is.

Scammers – Avoid at all costs!
I agreed on a specific website concept with them, but they delivered nothing close to what we discussed. The result looked like a copy-paste template with zero effort or originality. When I refused to pay for something I never asked for, they just kept sending me invoices and ignored all my messages. I even requested the voice recording of our call to prove what we agreed on—no response. I tried calling several times, but no one ever picks up. Now they’re trying to charge me even more. Total scam.

I've paid almost € 900,- for a website to be build with four pages in July '23.
Its now 26-11-'23. Still not finished.
In the beginning i had things to do so i did not check or made contact with them to change things. After i did what i had to do. I started to call them regarly so i can start my business. There is not much on the pages. Only one page is gonna be filled with pics and videos.
After they finished the site to show me the layout of the site.
I saw some thing that needed to be changed.
After mailing them alot of times and calling them. They changed things but also changed some things i didn't ask for. So then i to mail or call to telll to change it back to it's original position. These things happend multible times. I'm still waiting for some changes to be made. Last Friday I spend two hours on the phone to change some things in the footer (the buttom) of website. He said to me it changed to lower position. Today, a day later i checked. It changed indeed but to the opposite direction.
If you tell me it changed to down cause you see that on your screen and when I look a day later it went up.
Do i need to say you more?
In the last six weeks i watched the site closely so i could see the progress of the changes i've asked them to make.
In five working days nothing had changed on the site.
When I called on the fifth day, to let them
change things immediately that person will take notes, but can't change a thing.
So I had to wait untill they change something in their time.
Im no expert but nobody gonna tell me that it does take hours to change a few simple things on a website.
These are the things i wanted to be changed last friday 24-11-'23.
1. Lower things at the buttom (words)
2. Change shape of letters
3. Make the pictures wider (2pictures)
4. Put a capital letter
That was it but for some reason he couldn't do it in those two hours I was on the phone with him.

Once i called and asked for a manager.
He told me: I would be called and within a half hour everything would be fixed on the website.
The day i got called the guy could not do the things I asked him to change.
So another week passes by.
3 Or 4 times they told me that Friday it's gonna be finished. They lied 3 or 4 times cause it didn't finish in those 3, 4 times.

Better pay a little more at another company.
Them going for their discount of premiumwebsites.

This people don’t work correctly whit me they send me in incasso only because we told whit telefoon we don’t have contact they don’t work whit my websites I don’t agree for nothing whit them 😳only they send me one example end send me for incasso 😳for next people when you call this company they worked threatening😳

I can tell you I am very pleased with the response Premsweb is giving to my requests. As I get to know them better, I realize they can help me to reach my goals - mostly offering an attractive and interactive website to my followers/clients.
Mine is not a 'Flashy' site by choise, so I can't really comment on that aspect, but up to now, I have had Premsweb's cooperation and help when I needed it.

Premiums has setup my Website and is giving me outstanding support. When I am in need of support or ask for a change Premiums is there to assist and work out the challange whith me.

I sometimes experience little difficulty with the CMS when making adjustments to the order of a page. Also the CMS works good, if and when you get the hang of it. It did not feel natural at first.

Apart from that working with Premiums has been a great experience so far. The support from the employees is great.

The people behind Premiums are pro-active and helpful. The approach was something I had to get used to as the company can't be visited and the contact moments go by mail or phone. The design capabilities, flexibility, response time, solution-oriented thinking and hospitality are a few big reasons to recommend Premiums.

I'm very happy with the coöperation with the people of premiums and my website has become beautiful!!!

They know what they're doing and they work fast. If you don't mind just communicating via telephone and email, then it's worth 5 stars in my opinion. For me face to face is very important, but it still worked ok for me and I'm happy with the result and service afterwords.

Horrible service. They make very amateur website and very difficult to communicate. Don't fall for the cheap price of this company.
