The dent was so minor below the scratch that it was agreed to repair the scratch only, the dent would have to be enlarged to take filler.

The only negative was the treatment from kwik fit when asking about a new tyre as I had read on your website that you where trialing with them and they would claim the money back for you instead of us paying upfront but they where unhelpful and rude so we went to our own garage locally and we paid then claimed the money back for you and it was simple and straight forward. Happy I took the policy out and really pleased with the service so far.

Very convenient and friendly service
They provide a quick response to my claim. Like one day and arrange the for the fixing my alloy rim within a week. They recommend a mobile fixing, which is so convenient. The guy that did fix my alloy rim is so nice and friendly. We literally had a good chat, talk about how they fixing the alloy, about life etc.

The first contact with Premia Solutions seemed like it was going to be a straightforward process however upon sending all the documentation I was told to send more across which was not required. The person who I spoke to on the phone in regards to the documentation you had asked for seemed very unbothered and rude. Other than that the process was concluded very quickly. Such a shame due to a colleague this would have been a 5 star.
