Bought an adjustable dumbbell stand from this company on the 1st January, delivery was quick and efficient but unfortunately that was the only positive. The stand arrived with a lot of cosmetic damage to the legs, missing items and to top it all off, was a completely different product to the pictures advertised. I tried contacting the company by phone, email, social media accounts multiple times but I've had zero response on any of it. I'm at the point now where I don't even want to spend money sending this back for a refund as I'm worried they'll keep the product and I won't be able to chase them up for my money back. I wish I could attach pictures to this to show how bad it really is. To summarise: Delivery 10/10, Product 0/10, Customer service 0/10. The only silver lining out of this experience is I was going to buy a leg press next month and I'm so glad I've only lost out on £60 rather than wasting £100's.

Wasn’t sure on the correct product for my needs. So I called them, Carl was really helpful and advised me on the right product for my needs. I then ordered. And it arrived the very next day. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Thanks guys

Last week I placed an order for 370kg of bumper plates from PowerGym.

I dealt with Adam who was a huge help. They were delivered with next day delivery and the quality is absolutely superb, all at a brilliant price too.

Bought a Incline T Bar Row Machine from PowerGym Fitness, and was impressed with the quality of the item and the speed of delivery. The machine was very heavy duty steel, well designed and arrived in a crate, well packaged with bubble wrap as well as being the best price I found for this type of machine which is excellent. Only problem I had was the instructions were basic and one page but not a issue once you work it out. Overall I would highly recommend this company based on my experience.

Initially i made a bad review due to an unproffesional customer support individual, however a full refund was made after a complaint (carl was very helpful) and i would infact recommend purchasing from powergym based upon my previous purchases.

I bought a custom made squat rack s-line which was shipped form abroad, took a coupe months to arrive but was the best rack ive purchased to date. Support bars height is perfect for a bench press so although its made to be a squat rack its also an ideal power rack imo made from very thick steel. Would highly reccomend it.

Powergym sell high quality gear at a reasonable price contrary to other popular uk based gym gear brands and deserve to be more noticed. Keep up the good work guys !

After PayPal initially screwed up my payment, Adam at PowerGym Fitness sorted everything out for me within 24 hours, and within 48 hours I had my order in hand. Great service, great product, too.

Absolutely blown away with PowerGym!!
I recently bought the Calf Raise Machine which is amazing commercial grade kit, exactly like ones used in a professional gym, so well made, beautiful quality workmanship perfect to work your calf’s.
Gotta add the customer service was first class too, from ordering the piece of kit it came in less than 3days.
Powerhouse are also super efficient in solving any problems, they really care about your customer happiness🙌🙌🙌!!!

Bought some olympic bumper plates. The delivery was late but the weights are good for the price.

I bought some adjustable dumbbells (up to 24kg) and was a bit iffy that they had stock and they were pretty cheap considering (£300)

Anyway fast forward a few days and FedEx drop my dumbbells off and they are brilliant. So all in all a great outcome.

Bought a couple of Olympic plates last year, when nobody else had stock or had hiked their prices to an embarrassing level. Set an alert for when two others were back in stock, and received an email indicating that this was the case. Ordered and received these very quickly. Will definitely return for more!

Given the current climate, the majority of businesses are either pricing themselves out, or have a lengthy wait for product. I couldn’t believe my luck when I came across PowerGym Fitness to get some plates at a ridiculously good price! Fantastic quality and were shipped and out for delivery with 48 hours. Fab experience. Spent over £1800 and it was such an easy process. Very helpful team. Delivery was quick and convenient. Quality of the products are exceptional.

Great value on bumper plates and I would have also purchased a barbell and called it Boris if there was any stock. Here's hoping it arrives this week so I can have a Christmas workout but so far a seamless experience.
