⚠️ Buyer Beware ⚠️

I bought a set of GreenPan cookware earlier this year and after less than seven months of careful use, the non-stick coating on two frying pans started peeling.

When I contacted customer service, I received two completely contradictory answers from the same company:
• One said the pans were perfectly safe to use.
• The other said they were not recommended for use because they’re aluminium.

None of the responses were signed by a real person—just generic emails. This lack of accountability and double standard makes it impossible to trust the company.

I cannot rely on a brand that handles warranty claims this inconsistently. I’m sharing this so others know: do not trust GreenPan to stand behind their products.

Slow shipping but arrived in perfect condition and fit my space well

I ordered some pantry containers from PotsandPans.com because they were on clearance at a MUCH lower price than I could find locally. The did not arrive on the scheduled date, and then the tracking of my order disappeared on their site. I was really worried they wouldn't arrive after I then checked reviews. However, they arrived today in perfect shape - a week late, but at a fraction of the cost I would have paid otherwise. Worth waiting for. Will order again.

Have spent 5 months trying to get an…

Have spent 5 months trying to get an answer to something that was under warranty from BonJour. I have called, left messages. At first I emailed and a Stacy did get back to me and told me to select items equaling the same total. So I did and now nothing.....So frustrating. Why can they not be shut down if they are not sending the items people have purchased.

Ordered a nested set of pans…DON'T DO IT!

Ordered a nested set of pans 10-25-2021, confirmation email indicating would ship 2 to 3 days. After 5 sent email to customer service, no response. Called, first told warehouse shut down. Okay, but customer service not sending updates? Then made it sound that computers are down. Will have in hands in 14 days by 11/19/2021 at the latest! Ha! Guess what, no product and nothing from customer service! Another two messages to customer service, no response. Sad, this is why I order from Amazon.

No refund or product received

After purchasing items the email they sent me said that they did not have the goods in stock and I would get it in 7-10 days. I am still waiting and it has been 3 months. They did not return my calls or respond to my emails. I tried again today and their phone numbers no longer exist.

Awful - BEWARE

Order placed an order on the 16th March, 2 days later i get a message saying there would be a delay of 2 weeks, after 2 weeks i got another email saying it had not arrived and i could still wait for the supplier to contact them with a new delivery dates which could be another few weeks. I then chased after this date as i had heard not more and still waiting for a reply it is nearly 2 months now and nothing and they still have my money. Not at all happy as the price has now doubled on there website and where 2 months ago i could of bought for a similar price now it is going to cost me £20 to £60 more.

Beware DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

fraudulent site

The company is taking orders for products they do not have in stock and then not refunding money when requested. I have now waited a month and they have now stopped responding to emails.

Avoid at all costs, i am lost as to why trust pilot can still show this company as 9/10 despite the flood of negative reviews.

Worst company I have ever dealt with bar none.

I ordered a frying pan on 01-04-2013. On 02-04-2013 I received an email saying "Thank you for your order.
Apologies, the item(s) you have ordered are currently out of stock."
I waited about two weeks before contacting pots and pans, they said the item should be back in stock soon and I would receive straight away.
I have sent 5 emails several messages through live chat on there website and several unanswered telephone calls.
I have just escalated a dispute through Paypal. Paypal say it will communicate with seller and try to recover what ever money it can from the seller. Doesn't sound like much buyer protection to me.
It stinks how scumbag company's can do this and seemingly get away with it.

Still Waiting for Refund after 1 month.

I purchased a Nespresso coffee machine on the 2nd April which was cancelled the next day due to a pricing error on their website. However I am still waiting for a refund and it has been over 1 month. I have asked my Credit Card company to investigate this further as this seems like a very fraudulent way to trade online. I would not use them again and would urge others thinking of buying from them to stay away.

Stay Away!

They took my money, then received an email saying that the goods were out of stock and would be despatched within 5-7 days. A month later the goods have never arrived and there has been no response to emails or telephone calls.

Luckily I was able to claim the money back from my credit card supplier without too much hassle.

Looks like this company has gone bust -- Avoid!!

I bought some knives from their sister site cooks-knives.co.uk and they haven't been shipped yet they've taken full payment.

I've tried to contact them numerous times to no avail.
The reports of Pots and Pans Scotland don't look good on companies house or company check so I wouldn't be surprised if they've gone out of business.

Gutted.

Scammers trying to steal our money

I made an order early in April which was cancelled by them due to a "Technical error on the website".
They still charged me, and they're not responding to any of my calls or emails. I've raised a claim with paypal - at which point they sent a 'Credit memo' to my email with a £0.90 surcharge! They've still not refunded me the money.

Spend over £200 and recived nothing with no Communications.

I have bought a set of pots from them in early April, and only to find out 3 weeks later that they are not responding to calls or emails.
I could have bought and received the items weeks ago if they were truthful! and I would have gone to another company.. Now I have to wait for a refund before being able to purchase else ware!

Very upsetting!

AVOID
Save yourself time trying to get your money back on an order placed but never received.
Only thing I received from this company was Bull **** with my money taken weeks and weeks ago

Contact : ACTION FRAUD online very helpful. My info being passed on to the police, they are encouraging others hit by these skammers to do the same, lets all report together and get it sorted !!

I Made an order on 30 Mar 13, still waiting for products on the 25 Apr 13.
They DO NOT answer the phone and put it to answer phone.
They do not respond to emails
Had to contact my credit card company to chase refund.
Contacted Trading Standards about their business practices.

Scam!

Pots and pans do not answer their phones and their Emails are returned undeliverable! I guess they're running and hiding.

3+ weeks and NO refund + it seems they charge you for the privilege of their dis-service!

I was SHOCKED to find out a couple of days back that the refund for the 2 Nespresso machines cancelled by them has NOT gone into my Paypal account.
I raised a claim from Paypal but still no money is forthcoming from this company. Telephone calls are not answered neither are emails.
Extremely worried now as HUKD posts are saying they have gone into receivership.

They may have been inundated with orders due to a pricing/website mistake BUT 3 weeks with no refund is taking the p.ss!
I also understand that they or Paypal are taking a 'transaction fee' from any refunds obtained. Seems like it's them doing this as the 'credit note' - which to date has still not been actioned states £2.04 'adjustment fee'.

WHAT is this 'adjustment fee' for? Holding onto my near £100 for over 3 weeks to date and failing to deliver anything?

SHAME ON THEM!

Great way of making money - advertise items not available for sale, take loads of money in and then charge people for the privilege of being conned. Also hope a large percentage of people don't realise their money hasn't been refunded until their chance to claim a refund via Paypal are out of date.

I will NEVER use this company again! BEWARE people!

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!

I, like many others below ordered a coffee machine which Pots and Pans was unable to deliver. They promised me a refund on the 3rd of April, but despite many phone calls, over 20 days later they have failed to refund my money.

The phone number listed here and the other one on their website now go through to a generic voice mail that does not identify itself as representing the company. I have had no response to messages I have left on there.

This has all the hallmarks of a company going under and trying to keep the cash from clients' unfulfilled orders. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY. Sorry about the caps, but you have been warned.

Let down

Ordered three items of le creuset pottery as a present. All items marked in stock. Then told wont send items as one not in stock. Rang them and was told they could send two items immediately and other item would be 7 days. Three weeks later still waiting for third item despite phone calls and now told don't know when item will be in stock. These items were a present for family and shown as all in stock. I wouldn't have ordered any items if this wasn't the case. I now have to claim my money back and look for the item elsewhere. Why can't firms be honest.
