This website appears to be a listing of the major auction houses which may/often deal with the sale of property from Police or Government sources.
There appears to be no way of searching by location to find auctions that are local, or even auctions which are selling items that you may wish to buy. Not worth the subscription IMHO.
Agree with previous review - seems suspicious - lack of official logo etc so seems to be a completely third party site even though the url looks legit
