I really enjoy going to pitstop.de. The team is always fast, professional, and very helpful. Appointments are handled efficiently, and I never have to wait long.
What I appreciate most is the fair pricing — they are often cheaper than other garages, but the quality of work is still excellent. They explain everything clearly and don’t try to upsell unnecessary services.
Overall, a reliable and honest place that I’m happy to recommend. I’ll definitely keep coming back. Especially because my insurance HUK has shares on the brand.

The worst service in germany
They are make problem with our car and during 1 year can’t fix it .
The worst service in germany , they cant found the problem in car during almost 1 year
They can’t give complete answer what wrong with car DURING 1 YEAR
There is no one speak english , the call center is so rude and unpolite

Unusually slow and dishonest engine oil and security check service
There were 2 notifications in my car. 1. Engine oil exchange and 2. Visual inspection. For this I selected engine oil exchange with security check service. The service took 5 hours, unusually long. Also, the second notification of visual inspection still persists. Upon asking the manager, he explained that he needs more money to remove visual inspection notification.
