If you are in the Gloucester area and need water pipes replacing this company is great. They turned up quoted less than half the quote we had receive from a national company. They don't make a fuss but get on with the job and finish everything off really well. Very professional, hard working and proficient.

We needed two new mains water pipes to replace the failing metal ones. They did a great job directional drilling approx 40m under the driveway, garden and paving. Connected us back to our water supplier's meter and helped our plumber with the house side connections as well as installing a replacement outdoor tap in the garden. Professional, efficient, kept to the quoted budget and friendly. Happy to recomend

We had a leak under the driveway that was clearly getting worse and likely to cause damage.
This company was recommended by our Plumber.
They came out when they said they would for the assessment and quoted promptly.
On the day of the work the engineers arrived exactly on time and explained what would happen. The job itself turned out to be more complicated because of the ground under the driveway and more engineers arrived on site.
The work was completed when they said it would and the quality of the repair was first rate.
Even though the job turned out to be more difficult than expected the cost was as quoted.
The water supply is now better than before the problem arose.
At no time were we left thinking the problem was beyond their abilities it was very reassuring that they left the site in a good clean state with a professional job well done...

We asked them for a quote to repair a leak in our water main. With no water supply and having been given a week to fix it by the water company, I telephoned them after waiting 4 days. We were then sent a statement of their (extortionate) hourly rates, rather any idea of how much our actual repair would cost.

We had work done by this company several years ago so returned to them as we had an unidentified leak . However our experience this time was very different. They took weeks to issue a quote, after having to chase with phone calls, then we had to ask for an explanation as the quote was poorly written and misleading. The communication in the office was appalling with extremely poor information and the usual none here that can help you, we will call you back, which of course never happened . We finally realised that they were not interested in dealing with us as a small domestic customer. They finally got fed up with us trying to get a factual quote and a timeline for the work and sent an e mail saying they wouldn't be helping us.
We have now had the work completed by a more customer focussed company who worked with us and communicated. As front line NHS workers working through the last 2 years this experience added stress to our lives that we could have done without.

After being informed by our water utility company that we had a leak within the boundaries of our property, we were given 28 days to get it repaired or the utility company would do so at our costs. We were recommended Pipeline Logistics as a reliable company to address this type of problem. After contacting them they said that they would come and do an estimate but would not be able to come out until the following week. They did turn up as agreed and said that they would get back to us with an estimate. A week later (now 14 days in total into the 28 days) we had not heard from them. We phoned them only to be told that they were too busy and were not going to provide an estimate or undertake the work, so wasting 14 days of our time and putting us in a very difficult position in terms of the timer remaining. Very poor and very disappointing.
