AVOID AVOID AVOID! Would give zero stars if I could. I ordered the film strip for a wedding present, which I was very excited about and knew my friend would love it. Initially I paid £11.95 for fast delivery. On the day before it should have arrived, I emailed to make sure it would. I was then told they were short staffed and it would be 10 days... shocked I didn't receive an email telling me it would be late. 10days later, I emailed again and no reply. A few days later I was told it was posted 2nd class a day later than it should have arrived. 2 weeks later and still nothing. The company has refunded me in full, however I wanted the item, not the money! I was then told they were posting it again this time recorded. When I questioned where it was, no reply. For days, no replys. It was only when I threatened to leave a bad review and report them, I received a reply! Saying I have been sent a refund and a free item.... Still to this day (6 weeks after placing the original order!) nothing has been received! The phone number on their website is not recognised and i can see I am not the only customer who has had this issue... i'm not sure what they are doing, but clearly are not legit. Their customer service is appalling and I would avoid at all costs! I'm just regretful I didn't check the reviews online before placing an order with them.

Same as the last reviewer. I ordered three strips of photos for someone as part of a birthday present, a few days before his birthday I had an email saying I was getting a partial refund. Absolutely no explanation whatsoever, just ‘partial refund’. I tried multiple times to contact the company every way possible, couldn’t get through on the phone, left messages, emails, explaining it was urgent as at this point I had no idea if part of the order was being sent or what. I didn’t have time to order something else so I was hoping to rectify any potential issues. My efforts were wasted and I only later had an email from PayPal saying I’d been refunded. It still actually read ‘partial refund’ but I checked and the full amount was there, so you know, reading between the lines I assumed that this person was not going to get his gift at all. Thanks a lot Photo Printz! What an absolutely waste of space this ‘company’ is and I hope everyone else avoids them to save any disappointment!

Do not use. I was so excited to find a website that did film strips for photos. I uploaded all my pictures input my payment and was waiting for my precious pictures to be delivered. I was most disappointed to receive the money back in my account via PayPal. I didn’t even use PayPal. So now this rogue site has my card details and my images. When you try to contact them via telephone the number is not recognised, they don’t answer emails. Smelling a rat!! I’ve reported them to companies house as they shouldn’t be registered in my opinion.
