I designed a single ID card and ordered that along with a cardholder and lanyard yesterday afternoon. Designing my card was a simple and quick process by using one of their templates from a wide selection of options. I was extremely impressed to see my delivery turn up this morning, considering I didn't choose next day delivery. Presentation-wise, I was impressed to see The Photo ID Card People had placed my card in the holder and the lanyard attached! The card is of high-quality and the colours on my logo and text look clear and vibrant. Thank you!

We ordered 2 ID cards from The Photo ID Card People and we are glad that we chose them. We have tried and ordered ID cards from 3 different companies before, they were not helpful, didn't answered our questions and all the cards we received were low quality.
We have a problem with the vivid blue colour in our logo, which turns purple or very dark blue on ID card prints. When we sent an email to The Photo Card People team about the colour problem, they answered, checked the substitute colour and even spotted a small mark on one of the letter in our design. After we corrected it, they printed the cards out and dispatched them in 15 minutes. The next day the cards arrived and they are perfect! Thank you very much!

Order cancelled. Reason: "buy more products from us!"
They cancelled the order because I didn't want any more products. They sell card overlays and I got a couple to check the quality. The transaction was completed, but 2 days later some person called Prajesh or Najeet (can't remember the name) sent an email explaining that my order was cancelled because I didn't wish to order any cards. Mind you... Overlays are sold separately there, the option is available and the transaction was complete, cancelling it after that point saying I hadn't purchased enough of other products was unprofessional. Luckily there are more serious companies out there and I could get overlays for our medium-sized company IDs.

I am sorry you feel your order was cancelled due to its size, please be assured this is not the case. Our entire ethos is to make custom/branded photo ID cards available to everyone and so there is no minimum order quantity.
The product you ordered was a holographic overlay, not a self-adhesive hologram. It is applied to your ID card during the printing process making it tamper-proof. As you had not ordered an ID card we were unable to apply the overlay. My colleague Nurul sent you an explanation and your order was refunded in full. On receipt you expressed dissatisfaction with this, so as a gesture of goodwill we sent you a blank card with the holographic overlay applied.
It is regrettable a full refund and a free sample is not in line with your expectations, however if you feel there is some other action we can take please email us.

I placed the order for a id card, they contacted me wanting to know if I wanted to change the design to include our company logo, they changed the design which is a good job as I did not have any clue how to do it. I received the card the next day even though did not pay for next day delivery. Very happy with the high quality of the card and how it has turned out, will definitely use again
