As a user coming from BambooHR. People Force does offer more customization and functional. But it’s one of those rare cases where it just does not work.

The mobile app has almost no useful functionality, you have to use the desktop version for everything.

There are a ton of visual bugs with the ui, the ux is worst I experienced in a while. Text formatting is awful on all input fields.

Most of the features are not thought out and are rigid. You cannot export anything, you cannot import anything. You should adjust flows for 1&1, reviews etc to fit the platform.

We have overall been very pleased with the PeopleForce platform in our organization.

Today we learned however that it is affiliated with Thai scam agency Azendo, which leaves us a bit confused about their ethical standpoints.

In a post PeopleForce are apparently so proud to have received "spontaneous" praise from the CEO of this company. And then all of its staff members have been required to comment with even more AI generated baloney about how beneficial PeopleForce have been in their digital sweatshop. The company is infamous for shamelessly exploiting the company loyalty of Thai underprivileged workers and ran its reputation and good-will so far into the ground in Chiang Mai that it recently re-located to Bangkok to "start fresh".

The ethics of our businíss partners are important to us as we need to comply with ESG guidelines, and we thought PeopleForce had more class than to collaborate with agencies like this and use fake SoMe posts for marketing.

We've been using PeopleForce for many years at my company, EchoGlobal. What I really like is that the product is evolving all the time. Sometimes this evolution causes some awkward bugs, but they are eliminated quickly. On top of that, the PF support team is very helpful, and they can solve almost any problem.

This platform has really capacious functionality and pretty cool modern features.
Allows you to use one soft to automate your corporate processes, instead of using several different platforms.

I found this system very efficient from the saving time prospect.
It's super comfortable that I access to all my personal information including (leave balance, documents and other information). Furthermore, I can notify my manager about my absent just with one click.
I took part in the recruitment process in PeopleForce as a collaborator on a few vacancies and must admit that everything is made to optimize the process and make it easier.
I definitely recommend the system.
