Pennymac made the whole process amazingly easy. I received constant updates throughout the process. When I had questions I reached out and they immediately called, texted, or emailed me. I felt the whole experience was like reaching out to a friend. Which is why i have used them on both of my home loans I have had.

Servicing is horrible
Loans officers may be good, but their servicing is horrible. They don't review your paperwork. Then put the burden on you to fix their mistakes.
