Buyer beware!! Don’t believe what the website says about returns! I purchased a shirt from them and it didn’t fit so I tried to return it. They wouldn’t approve a return

If I could score ZERO I would. This company is definitely fraudulent. I ordered a sweater that was supposed to be delivered prior to Christmas. Not only did it not reach me they over billed me for my purchase. When I finally received package 6 days after Christmas one of the items didn’t fit and wasn’t as described on site. The company offered me $3 refund for a $37 sweater. SHOP ELSEWHERE! Horrible Company and TERRIBLE custom service. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE

Thus company is fraudulent. Placed an order almost 2 months ago. Never recurved. You can not get any customer support. I’ve contacted attorney re: class action lawsuit due to false advertisement. I’m inquiring if this could also meet the criteria for wire fraud. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I will scorch the earth with this company if I do not get my refund.

These are not made in the USA I had one come from France and second I have never received but looks to be coming from China and the quality is awful this place is a rip off .

zéro rathing.....they sent 3XL instead of XL.
They cash your money very fast and it takes a long time before you get it and worst of all its cheap.
I sent a lot of emails to get instructions to return the order and they never answer back....plus no instructions anywhere to turn it back.

Total scam. Products received are very poor quality and look NOTHING like their photos. NOT made in the US as advertised. Ordered on 11/30 -- received January 4. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Wish I would have seen reviews before ordering. Took over a month to get the item and it is terrible. Very cheap material!! Sending it back!

Would give ZERO stars except I wouldn't be able to leave a comment. The fabric is printed on a shiny synthetic nylon-type exterior and the garment is so ill-fitting as to be clownish. The men's style arrived with buttons reversed as in women's clothes and the entire piece barely stretches to fit over the head. It is cheaply made, poorly lined, and for all I know, it's been the cause of my continuous sneezing since I opened the package yesterday. It went down the garbage chute in my building, since returns are more expensive than the purchase. BUYER BEWARE!

I ordered a sweater for my son. When he received it he said it was too small and the material did not breath. I contacted them to get a refund or exchange. Typically the said it would cost too much and offered me 2 dollars! Do not order from peackfoather. It is a Chinese site even though they say it is made in the USA and shipped from there. Not true.

Hangprint.com alias Banbain trade.com is a scammer and fraud. They advertise as a Melbourne company in AU $ then sell in US $. When the product arrives a month later and it doesn’t fit they don’t do any returns. Plus they withdraw an extra $ 4.35 from my account 3 weeks after order. Waste of money and time to shop here. Be aware!!!

Website says made in USA and free returns and exchanges. Product made and shipped from China. There is no free returns. You have to ship back to China and provide tracking with will cost you close to $90. On a $180 order they suggested I give it as a gift to someone, then offered me $5 which they increased to $7 with a final offer of $10 for my troubles. Products are of very low quality and are not consistent with sizing of products in the USA. Beware do not use this company or any company that looks like them. I believe they run under multiple names.

I don’t trust this company at all. They say the shirts I ordered were Made in America. No. Then they charged me almost 30 dollars more than they said they were charging me. Then I could not get an answer re my shipment. They have a slick website. The merchandise looks nice quality, don’t believe it

I ordered a sweatshirt for my husband from peakfother.
The picture looked great and the reviews were very good.
I received a load of crap.
When I got in touch with them they told me i received what I ordered
I disagreed and I just wanted a return address to send it back and get a full refund.
I was told that it would cost far too much to return the item and if I would take a composation refund.
I did agree and they credited my visa for 3 dollars us funds.
Yes not a typo 3 dollars us funds is what I got

It taught me Never to order clothing from the internet unless its though Amazon.

This is a scam Tracking indicates delivery. But delivery was never received

Ordered 4 shirts 1 month ago for Christmas present. Haven't received and support email is automatic response. I'm working with my credit card company for a refund now. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

Placed an order and never received it or an email. There is no way to contact them. Beware!!

I ordered 2 shirts on 25 Oct 2023 and have yet to receive them! I emailed customer support 5 times to no avail. You only get preemptive emails in response.
No one will help me! Several bogus tracking notifications as well!
70 days and still nothing.
My credit union is trying to help me.

This company is a scam. Do not order from them. Did not receive purchase and it has been over a month. When email I get a response with a different tracking number every time.
