I scheduled a meeting with Padly, and the realtor came over and inspected my home and commented about how nice it was. She left, and I never heard back. I also messaged twice to follow up after their visit and never got a response either time. Just complete silence and zero response at all. Very unprofessional and a complete waste of my time having to block time out of my schedule to come out to my home to get no response at all.

Refuse to stop sending insulting mailers after being instructed not to at lest 10 previous times.

The sell of my property turned into a terrible experience. Of course the original offer decreased by more than $70k. After much heartache and personal debate, I went ahead with the deal ONLY because I had already made plans to move out of state. The personnel of the company are “liars” for the most part or either they are not properly trained and informed of how things really work. I did encounter a couple of kind, helpful people who made the closing pleasant, but otherwise, I would advise to avoid this company. Of course it’s about the money- but human beings deserve respect. 2 stars only because I could have probably been treated worse had I not spoken up for myself during the course of the contract period.

They were given ample time to market and sell my property but they couldn’t. Now they are refusing to take the home off MLS. They want more time. They have defaulted and yet I’m being punished
